I thought about this for a long time, and finally decided to post a review after countless times this Sonic has screwed me out of food that I paid for. Today it was 2 orders of chicken bites. I live 15 minutes away and don’t feel like making a 30 min trip there and back to get them. This happens all the time, and I guess I should pull everything out of the bag to make sure they are doing their job, but I didn’t. Either way, DOUBLE check your order every time before you leave this place. If it wasn’t for the fact that it’s the closest “fast food” for miles, I wouldn’t waste my money here.

The service was friendly, fast, and polite. I wasn't able to get the card reader to work and my carhop was sweet about it and took my card in for me. Food was delicious. I order Mozz sticks often at Sonic franchises all over the state. I ALWAYS ask for extra marinara and MOST of the time I'm given 1 or none. Today I was well compensated by the lunch shift here at Quitman Sonic. I thank you all for a great experience.

This place has gone so far down hill. I placed a large order tonight and when we got it the friends were cold and hard. My chicken sandwich I got was so over cooked and hard to eat. Our burgers were so sloppy it wasn’t funny. The only thing that was halfway done right was my drink but it still didn’t have the extra cherry I ordered. I spent over $40 on food for my family and I wouldn’t pay 5 for what we got. This is happening more and more lately. This store only makes its money in this town cause it’s the only fast food we have. I suggest anyone wanting to eat find somewhere better. I am sick of wasting my money on crap food.

I did not like that I didn't get the half off drink in the app. I didn't realize that they didn't participate in this feature. The strawberry shake was good and the tots were perfect. The small double burger was not fresh, and I think the syrup was going out on the Fanta. Still a good place to eat.

Out of all the sonics in the state, this is BY FAR THE CLEANEST one. I get to see inside of them all and the rest should be shut down by health dept. The staff is very sweet. Parking lot clean.

I’m so glad I only ordered tots! My wife and I stopped on our way back to LittleRock for breakfast. I had a large tots and she got a super sonic burrito meal, within about an hour after eating my wife become very ill. Bad case of food poisoning!!
