I’ve lost count how many times I’ve placed an online order and the sandwiches are not made correctly. They are not following the special instructions. Every time I pay for avocado it’s missing from the sandwich. They are not making the right sandwiches. It’s frustrating and what should be a quick grab and go takes 30 plus minutes. The girl apologized but was clearly overwhelmed with orders since she was the only one there. The store was so unorganized and messy. There was a fly in the food, nothing looked fresh. I’m done eating at this location.

I walk in there had to wait for 20 minutes then the customer comes in on an online order and ask them if they can get a bag of chips they go sit down and then one of the servers went over the house to leave because they were closing the lobby which the lobby didn't close till 8:00 then they turn around and it was just rude

I called ahead and placed an order to go. A kid named Bryson took my order. He was more than polite and went above and beyond to help me out. My sandwich was made perfectly and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

I went Quitman Subway looking to grab something to eat. Had to stay in the store after ordering online for 10 to 15 minutes once I got my food there was not chicken on my sandwich and there was not ranch at all which I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and then when I asked if my order was ready, he told me no, and then three seconds later grab one that was by the window and said that it was mine so by the time I got my food it was Cold

Stopped by to get a Subway Club and pulled up to the window, rang the bell twice and then when they came to the window I was informed I had to come inside to play an order. Why have a window- if you have to come inside to order you should come inside to pick up
