It took a long time just to order as they didn't seem to have any of the items in the specials. After trying 4 different items and finding they didn't have it when trying to pay, I ended up just getting 2 small hamburgers. They were OK, but I was very disappointed as I really wanted a bacon burger on pretzel bun.

On 9/29 about 330 I paid $30 for us to get sick. We all had milkshakes and blasts except one person who got a slush. The person with the slush was the only one who didn't get sick to their stomach. It's the only fast food place here and it's no good. My son missed football because he was sick from eating a sonic shake, that's ridiculous. It's day 2 and we're still sick. I'm pretty sure we have food poisoning and paid money for it. The service was good at least.

I cannot recall a time that I’ve been to this location and not had a bad experience, whether that be excessive wait time, incorrect order, or general poor customer service. This is not the first time I've left a review and nothing has been done.
I am not alone in these sentiments and this location is likely to close if something does not change. Which is sad as it is one of the only dining option in town.

Didn’t receive marinara sauce with the mozzarella sticks. Was told that since the sauce was not listed on the receipt they’d have to charge for it. So we had absolutely no sauce when it’s supposed to come with that. There is entirely no logic with how this franchise in Rector AR is being ran. And we even included a tip!!! You tell me if you’d go back after such an experience?

Consistently getting orders wrong. They do not pay attention to customer and continuously interrupts customer when trying to correct the order. Last time I was here I received wrong order, time before o didn’t get complete order, and time before that I drove off because of no response from workers after 25 minutes. And only had 4 cars in the lot. This store is the sorriest Sonic i’ve been to. It needs new owners or management.

Just went and placed an order for a grilled cheese and drink and 20 minutes later no order and when i asked about my order they didnt even know what the order was. This place is a joke anymore.

Horrible service. Pushed the button and there was guys outside with a leaf blower so she couldn’t here us and we couldn’t here her. Instead of coming outside to help us like she was supposed to do she hung up and said nothing to us at all. Needless to say we went to piggot sonic.

Every once in a while I think maybe this sonic will have gotten better so I give it a try. The drinks are the only thing that are usually good. The rest of the time I get stuff like this extremely messy chili dog that is COLD in the middle AND cold fries. There were 2 cars here when I ordered. No reason to get food like this especially when they aren’t busy. The carhop was friendly. Idk what the cooks are doing.
