I placed an app order at 7:34 pm, and waited almost 30 minutes to get it. Got home and they’d forgot part of my order. Went back up, buzzed in and said they’d left out part of my order. Waited 15 minutes and flagged down a carhop who said she’d send the manager out. My husband calls to tell me that the chicken sandwich we’d got was raw inside, and there was banana and mold in the milkshake. Waited another 15 minutes and got out of my car and went inside. Had to wait for the manager and cooks to stop cussing about the orders they had to tell them I wanted a refund. We’re not going to use this sonic anymore, I’ll drive to another town if I decide to eat at a sonic again.

If I could give this store a negative review I would. I ordered for 3 people and all 3 orders were incorrect. The fries were near frozen still and the burgers felt like and tasted like they had been made for hours. Maybe half of the stalls were actually working and useable. I highly recommend going somewhere else to get a meal.

Visiting my daughter in Rector, Arkansas this weekend, I wanted to try the new crinkle cut fries and Sauce, it took her at least 18 minutes which that’s not the bad part. That is the worst sonic I’ve ever had food from. Those fries were a cold soggy greasy mess!! I looked at her and said these are horrible! She also got a chicken wrap thing. Also COLD we couldn’t eat it. She called them and said our food was so GREASY & COLD we couldn’t even eat it, which they told her to come back and they would make her new food. it wasn’t even worth worth the gas.

I have been to lots of sonics this by far best one
Food is OK. Service time at this location is noticibly slower than others. Drink orders on the app marked as ASAP 10 minutes before arrival still take up to 5 minutes after check in. Sonic was known for having drink only orders out the door in 2 minutes, and this locale doesn't meet this mark.
