Wouldnt answer phones... i drove to them and they we're closed and cleaning almost an hour early.... one time i made an online order paid for it then drove up there and the only worker was locking the door and got in her car

Place is never open on their posted hours, I’ve waisted so much time going there and it being closed and having to go to whitehall to get food, I’ve wrote this subway off, wouldn’t hurt my feelings if they never opened their doors again(seems like that’s what they’re trying to do anyways) they can’t be making money. Just don’t waist your time going here they’re probably closed even if it says open.

Place was spotless but the actual footlong that the server fixed me was lousy. I ordered the steak and cheese and expected it to look like the one in the commercial with Jayson Tatum!!! I was wrong. Server said if I wanted it to look like the commercial got add all the extras!!!!
If I could give the zero stars I would they lost my mobile order didn't care to ask if they could make me a new one I could get in line and wait my turn. Then the next day the manager want to try and fix things after calling me three times guess what they said they could make my sandwich. A day later and that's the best they could do oh the manager found my order and don't know what happened to it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
