I love Popeyes Chicken. This establishment had friendly staff. Very clean establishment with staff working to keep it that way. The food was hot and fresh even during a off peak hour visit. I wish my local Popeyes was as well operated. Keep up the great work and thank you.

When I’m here I’m ordering for my family so I don’t have time to stop and check my whole meal to make sure it’s right. But without fail every time I order something with BONELESS chicken I get bone in. Every. Time. I can get a family meal of tenders, and a 12 piece wings for me. And one of those will be bone in when it’s not supposed to be.
I’ve got young kids so bone in forces me to sit here and pull it apart if it’s their meal so they don’t choke, taking so much time and then my food is cold (if mine was even correct lol)

It's ridiculous that i come through order 3 strips and frys and a med coke tell me why it took 7 mins for them to take my money at the window and another 3 mins to get my food when noone was there!! Jesus get ppl that wanna work.

My receipt had my order correct: spicy breast, spicy wing, coleslaw and a biscuit. When I got home it was a leg and a thigh. Seriously, every time I go there something is incorrect. I'm willing to pay $9 for two pieces of chicken but I want what I order.

We had 4 meals via mobile order this evening but when we arrived to pick it up we were missing 1 box meal, fries, Mac n cheese on each. Then they subbed out our mashed potatoes for red beans n rice without consent. Not mention we ordered additional biscuits and did not get any of those. The chicken was dry and the one container of Mac n cheese was BURNT. Upon asking about the rest of our order I was told they close in 30 min and are out of these items. I was appalled, not only did they NOT offer any of my money back they also acted like it was my fault for ordering online. Grrrr!!! Popeyes will NOT be getting anymore business from me!

Ordered my food online. Ordered my food in advance. Supposed to be ready at 5:50 p.m. I go in to pick my food up and they act like they've never seen my order before. Ask me to prove that I sent the order to the correct restaurant. I proved that I sent it to the correct restaurant and paid for it. There was an old guy there that I guess was the manager. And he rang up my food and made it reluctantly. Then when the food was ready he handed it to me and said well it just looks like you're getting free food. Let me remind you that I had paid $80 for this food. He embarrassed me inside Popeyes basically accusing me of stealing this food. After I had paid a lot of money for this food. Needless to say I was mad. I'm still trying to figure out how to talk to corporate. I want my money back.

Went through the drive through, had to wait 20 minutes for spicy meat then had to pull back through because my fries were missing. Place wasn’t even busy either.
