I came here to get my food, 1st of everything was wrong, then my tots wasn’t tots. It was only 3 pieces and rest of the box was filled with a couple fries, I asked the girl who brought my food out to please gimme what i asked for she did, but then again I had a slushy on my order which I never received, so I told her about it and manager did a refund but i didn’t want a refund I wanted my slushy so I told her then she told me she will bring the slushy and she charged me again, so I also ordered a Dr Pepper and I got a coke 😭😭😭 this is so aggravating, I paid over $30 and i didn’t even get what I wanted 😞

We got a small cheese stick, a pretzel twist and 2 drinks…the pretzel was so stale it made me nauseous and I had to toss it in the trash (a waste of money btw) and they gave us no straws. How do you forget/mess up such a small order? Train these kids better or don’t keep hiring people that can’t do their job.

Sonics are usually on point... but they should regularly check their speaker systems... when you have to repeat yourself over over over n over n get your ordered wrong... what's the point of a drive thru... Just saying I'm sure I'm not the only customer that has dealt with this horrible speaker system...

Got 2 bacon double cheeseburgers, 1 with jalapeños. Meat was cold, there was hardly any lettuce, and the one that had jalapeños only had TWO jalapeños. This food is too expensive to be skimping on the veggies and for the meat to be cold. Do better!

I don't know what happened to this sonic it use to be great now it's awful.. ordered expensive cheese sticks, cheese hard. Got a strawberry shake no mixed strawberry all of my ice cream looked normal except at the bottom I had strawberry. It's ridiculous 😒

I sat at one stall for 10 minutes, waiting for somebody to answer and nobody answered so I moved to another stall. Finally, somebody answered and then I sat for 20 minutes, waiting for one drink and a blast.

My sister and I ordered food on the app and checked in we didn't get our food to us for another 40 minutes and it was cold almost like it had been made and then left sitting there made eye contact with the car hops only to be ignored will not be coming back
