I ordered 2 shakes, extra thick and an order of fries. 2pm in the afternoon and I'm pretty sure the luke warm at best fries were left over from lunch time. The extra thick shakes were more like just milk. No extra thick at all.

We ordered mozzarella sticks and two pretzels. We got our order and soon realized we did not have our cheese packets or marinara sauces. So we went back and I told them we didn’t get those. She brings them out to me and says they do not puts those in the bag if they are not on the ticket. Well. On the app when I ordered it it says cheese sauce was INCLUDED with pretzels and also the marinara was INCLUDED with mozz sticks.

It would not have been an issue if she wouldn’t have came out there talking to us rude in that way. And trying to tell me I didn’t add it in my ticket. Why would I if it says it’s included?

They always get my order wrong. I'm very allergic to tomatoes and mayo and they always put it on my burger even though I specifically ask them not to!! I have to have it remade or refunded almost every single time I go there. I understand it's just sonic but I would like to get what I paid for and asked for!!!

Had a foot long chili and cheese and have been vomiting ? all night! ILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! EVER!

Ordered ahead but still had quite a wait. Then received 2 drinks that clearly needed changed before being sent out. Called back in asked for them to change the Dr pepper out & replace my drinks. Waited 9 minutes. Called back to ask where my drinks were & was told it would be a few more minutes. After another 5 minutes passed I said screw it & left with the 2 bad drinks I paid for that should have never been sent out & went & bought more drinks at the store. Won't be back

It's a classic Sonic. Good for fast food, service is generally very good! Equipment and speakers sometimes might be a little less than great. Overall it's good for fast food and we go often enough I'd say it's worth a stop if your wanting Sonic fast food.

Ordered on the app and had my boyfriend go get it. The milkshake taste rancid, I got my fries which were ok, but I only got the apple juice from the wacky pack I ordered for my kid and a burger I didn’t order. Just for reference I ordered a grilled cheese, a corn dog, fries, a wacky pack chicken strip meal and a strawberry milkshake. They when I came back to get it corrected they turned of my red button activated twice isn’t of taking my order. I’m disgusted.

Got a shake from Sid the manager half or more whip cream no banana a few sprinkles of strawberry. Worst ever. Not a shake!
