First and foremost, the food was excellent in regards to quality. My daughter and I frequent places like Alexa's often. It's obvious Alexa's seeks to use fresh and high quality ingredients. However, I was disappointed in the portions compared to price. When visiting, I expected a cafe but the food portions and prices more reflect what I experience in higher end environments. The $5 Vienna Espresso advertised a double shot but what was served equated to a single shot. Prices for crepes were $13-$19 but the portions were much smaller than other creperies we've patroned. What really turned me off was the unwillingness of the owner to provide basic tap water. Instead, he was insistent of selling us $5 bottle water instead. Overall, four crepes and four beverages, minus the water, was $110.
Though the whole experience doesn't necessarily prevent my return, I would caution others to be prepared as the customer service was not as top notch as I'd expect. And the overall experience will prove considerably pricier than other places of similar experience.

Came in looking for some basic crepes, left loving pierogis and pyzy. I could not recommend stopping in enough.

This place does great with how it looks but as far as taste it was disgusting, 4 friends and I ate here for the first time and our bacon was microwaved, the eggs were under cooked and the crepe was filled with cream and 4 strawberries. One of my friends got a latte and 10% was coffee and 80% was whipped cream , a large milk was a tiny cup filled half way , and when I tried to have them take off my crepe and they said I took a bite so they wouldn’t be able to do that. Our server was a man and he was extremely rude .DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

Excellent taste of Eastern European delicacies.
The BEST crepes I've ever had! I went with a Savory option while my hubby ordered sweet crepes. Both were delicious. The owner was cooking that morning and him and the server were extremely nice. Definitely will be hitting the place again on our next vacation to Hot Springs!

Such an amazing family owned restaurant that has not lost the art of amazing food quality and sharp customer service. Sometimes it makes you wonder at other restaurants where they find employees... definitely not the case here. I hope to see this restaurant go places and wish them the best of luck

Cutom ordered mine, with sautéed mushroom and onions with roasted red pepper with swiss cheese, came out pretty good. Hubbie ordered salmon savory called sesame Mediterranean and enjoyed it. For dessert ordered Alexa special and that tuened out to be good too. Portions on cafe latte and.mocha are small. Worthy to visit at least once in hot springs
