Last week I came and got a large Carmel chiller w extra Carmel and they gave me a broken cup and put the cup inside another cup and it had a plastic piece in my coffee. Today I went and asked for the same coffee and there is no Carmel in it at all. I go here all the time and never had any issues until recently so I just wanted y'all to be aware of somethings goin on. Thanks

I just don't get the inconsistency. How can you order something on Sunday which tasted great and order it again on Monday and it taste totally different. I even told them to look what we did on Sunday and repeat it, they looked it up and confirmed, so there should be no confusion.
If you can not give a consistent drink then it is really not a good experience or restaurant and a waste of money.

I went to seven brew with My Girlfriend 10 minutes ago and i ordered a “hot” cocoa, I pulled over to enjoy my seemingly warm beverage but to my disappointment it was cold… I got fantastic service don’t get me wrong but it tastes like it’s been sitting out for an hour. If I wanted chocolate milk I would’ve gone to Kum and Go 😡

This was my first time to visit a 7 Brew coffee, because I don't actually drink coffee and why would I wait in line at a place like this for anything else? However, I had dropped my daughter off at an appointment and had an hour to kill, it was maybe 100 degrees out and I just needed a cold drink. So, I decided to get an iced tea here since it wouldn't require me going too close to the mall. There were two lanes to make the line go faster, as well as a gentleman taking orders before you arrived at the window. Although he looked mightily disappointed at my order (an iced green tea, unsweet), he was very polite. The line moved efficiently, the people were all really friendly, and the drink was tasty!

This is BY FAR my favorite coffee shop in NW Arkansas! The staff is INCREDIBLE and the drinks are consistently off the charts! I really love all the sugar free options, one I wish they would carry is sugar free chai, especially now that autumn is here, officially.

Super nice crew and my girl loved getting a pup cup with an actual dog treat in it. The guy that took our order, saw her and made sure they knew at the window to get her one. Great service, great drinks and the blueberry muffin top was delicious.

I love coming to 7brews, it’s better coffee than most out here, however the service has been getting worse and worse. They’re always in a rush even when I’m the only car in the drive through, some even giving attitude… might just take my business else where.
