Slowest 7 Brew, maybe coffee place I’ve ever been to. Lines stretched to the road on both sides, and the workers have zero sense of urgency.

Usually go here and it’s not bad but the service has gone down since summer. I went today, they gave my cup to the car in front of me and when I asked he took it in and came back out with the same cup. We obviously watched him as he went in and set the cup down and bring it back out after 1 minute.

My mom and I usually come here, but today we decided to come to this 7brew to get our usual. However, today my mom decided to try something new, so she asked this white lady with blonde highlights to see the menu. The lady seemed so annoyed that my mom had to ask her if she was okay. We understand people don’t always have good days, but the worst part was that there was a car in front of us ordering before us, and she was laughing and giggling. But when it came to us, she was serious and annoyed.

We came around 7:10 p.m, the guy in the red shirt, blonde hair, blue eyes with a cross necklace was giving attitude. Rolled his eyes as my sister was ordering our drinks. Ironic with the cross necklace. He also handed the 3 drinks all at once instead of one by one and did not say what each drink was, definitely needs to be re-trained and learn manners.

Pulled up to the window to give our order and the music was so loud that the girl had to keep asking us to repeat finally she closed the door. 2 of us ordered lattes and they were luke warm and like drinking milk another passenger got a green tea matcha that was supposed to be frozen and was very running. I don't know what the big hype us about 7 brew
