we normally have an amazing experience at this 7brew, but this time we came at around 3:15 on 9/23 and were helped by a blond girl who was very passive aggressive the whole order. she very rudely told us we couldn’t use coupons and never asked for my phone number. while we were waiting for our drinks she didn’t try to make any conversation she just stood and waited for our drinks ago be make inside. again love this 7brew just disappointed in this trip.

Went there for the first time today. Guy who took our order was very nice. After waiting a tall guy with black curly hair and circle glasses came up to our window and started making rude and inappropriate comments about me through the window. When asked to stop he said “just trying to figure out why you look like that.” Not sure what was wrong with him but it was incredibly rude and unexpected. Wish I had asked for a refund and left.

I am so addicted in drinking coffee. This is so so good. It has, like, a hit of cinnamon, like vanilla and caramel, reasonably price.
We went here the last 2 days for the free small drinks! Absolutely LOVE the blue raspberry iced energy drink and the brunette coffee is absolutely delicious! The staff is so friendly and the service is fast! This was a new location in Lima Ohio!

Usually, I have the best experiences at 7Brew. My sister and I stopped at this one on Saturday 11/23/24, we both thought it was a longer wait than usual for there being 1 vehicle in front of us. We chalked it off as they ordered multiple drinks but that wasn't the case, the worker passed on one drink and they left. I ordered the egg nog to try something new and it was so bitter and did not taste like egg nog at all. I was highly disappointed and will go out of my to go to a different store.
