7 Brew is a pretty good drive through coffee place. It has quick service and tons of customization options for their drinks, including non dairy options for those who need it. The staff are always friendly and they get the drinks to you quick. You can get lots of different flavors of syrup to add to your drink, swap dairy milk for non dairy options. They have tea, soda and energy options and you can download their menu before you hit the drive through. This isn't a regular restuarant though, its purely a little drink stop. I love this place and I enjoy visiting it and getting a drink.

The absolute slowest 7Brew in town. There was no line and at least 5 baristas and it took 10 minutes to get my one drink… I watched my drink sitting there ready to be handed to me while the employees were just standing there talking to each other. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush.

I come to this 7 Brew because it’s close and convenient, but honestly… the vibe here has gone downhill. Every visit lately feels rushed or borderline dismissive, which is wild considering 7 Brew’s whole thing is “cultivate kindness.” This location just isn’t living up to that standard at all.
I really want to keep supporting this spot, but the customer service needs a serious reset. Do better.

Came by tonight to get some hot coco. Never had such bad service til tonight some blonde lady didn’t even ask for our phone number for points and when I asked about it all she said was “sorry” and proceeded to not put in the phone number. Very rude staff tonight. And some guys were throwing lids around and almost hit my vehicle.

Fast, friendly service. And our order was made perfect!
I usually love Seven Brew, but my experience today was really disappointing. The guy taking my order was rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. Customer service makes such a big difference, and this visit definitely didn’t meet the usual friendly standard I’ve come to expect from Seven Brew.

I’ve been to this 7brew many times and have never had a complaint until recently. I’ve noticed that when i ordered recently, my drinks have been made wrong. I had an experience where i did let the people know that my drink was missing cold foam and when i handed it back, I overheard the employees asking each other if it had cold foam on the order and an employee answered back in a rude tone that my drink didn’t have cold foam ordered with it. I told the order taker I wanted cold foam and cinnamon sprinkles but they gave me caramel drizzle and no cold foam. I believe that there is a lack of communication between the order taker and the baristas but lately i have been a little upset that my drinks have been made wrong consistently on these recent orders, when in the past I haven’t had this problem before. I am also upset that the one time I did speak up that my drink was made wrong, the employees were annoyed and didn’t believe that I ordered cold foam with my drink.

Drinks where terrible. Girl was lazy with taking order and drinks. She didn't say anything was more interested in talking with co workers behind the car. She almost didn't give promo bag. 👎 Just ridiculous experience and drinks where terrible.

I came through this location after Church and the young lady taking orders as cars lined was nice but, not smiling, like she might be having a bad day. The young man who was at the door to take payment. That was all he did!!! He told the price and took my money. Turned around and was goofing off with his buddies/co-workers then handed us the drinks not saying anything. I will not go bqck to this location. I DID tip $2 on 2 large drinks. Also, my drink did not have.carmel syrup!! And my account for rewards won't load!!!
