I love 7 brew but today I stopped by this one and ordered a pixie stick with Red Bull, there was no red bull in that drink, it was literally seltzer water with some flavoring and color added to it! I had to stop by a gas station and buy a red bull to add to it to even make it drinkable, come on guys we pay a lot for these drinks...do it right!

This is the only 7b that i have been to that gets my drink wrong every single time without fail. The one time that i chose to say something about it the girl working chose to tell me that i was wrong and out of place that’s how they always make the drink. i ended up having to drive to the location on walnut just for them to tell me that the drink was in fact wrong and that they had used half the amount of syrup they should. Every time i go to this location i leave unhappy and it’s the only store i have seen that is not living up to what 7b is.
I am a loyal 7brew customer. I buy 2 large cold drinks 6 days a week. I typically frequent Lowell because they are on my way to work. This location is in eye shot of my house, but I will go to it as a last resort. The staff isn't as friendly. The coffee is never consistent. The wait is always much longer. I've lived in my house for 3 years and it's consistently been a problem. If you love 7brew, drive the extra few miles and hit a different location. The Lowell and other Rogers locations are AMAZING.
