I ordered a custom red velvet cake with raspberry filling and 2 dozen iced cookies for my dog's birthday party last week (it was magic-themed, hence the Abracadabra Gaga cake and themed cookies). Everything turned out deliciously - and guests oohed and aahed over the gorgeous cake. People also gushed over the super cute cookies. I especially liked how delectable and soft they were! I did have to print out my own topper, but I tried to make sure the craftsmanship was on par with the beautiful cake. Working with Brooke from Alexander Baking Co. made the process super easy and I appreciated her knowledge and insight before finalizing the order. I would definitely go back to Alexander Baking Co. if ordering for a special occasion or dog birthday party again. Thank you so much!

Limited storefront selection. I purchased a case cake for $35 and got home to try it. I could “taste the case” if that makes sense. Like when you store food in Tupperware you sometimes get a taste of the plastic if it was washed with soap, so not very good. Icing is overly sweet and grainy/thick.

Called to get details and schedule a tasting for my wedding. Everything started out great until I asked questions. I was told there was no reason to be thinking about a wedding cake because of how far out my date is. I was calling for a tasting. When my date is shouldn’t matter unless I planned on choosing them. Can’t do that without a tasting. My wedding planning wasn’t up to their standards. They were very rude. Cut me off and kept talking over me. Got no details from them. No help at all. What they did tell me was my venue was too far and highly recommended not going with them. Probably the only thing we agreed on by the end of the call.

I’ve now been here 3x - 1x for a cookie decorating class which was so fun and informative! And 2x more to pickup sweets. The gooey butter cake and the lemon gooey butter cake are out of this world! The sugar cookies are great and not overly sweet! I also really enjoyed the salted caramel macaroon. I will definitely be back to try more!
Drove out of our way to stop at the bakery. Not sure if it was the owner that was working or not, but unfriendly and seemed like she sure didn’t want to be working in a bakery. We were so excited to stop because they did the wedding cake for a family wedding we attended and we just loved it. Told her that but she seemed to care less that we were returning customers. Bought cupcakes during our visit and they were small and underwhelming. Won’t drive out of my way to go back. Good luck.
