Asked for very lightly blended, ended up getting a shake. When I asked if I could get another one lightly blended she said mine is already blended with a horrible attitude. Smh.

My husband and I ordered a one scoop chocolate cone via the drive through. It wasn’t that busy. We received the smallest scoop that appeared to have been partially eaten. The cone was also hard and stale. We frequently go to Andy’s in Fayetteville and Osage Beach and the cones are much bigger and fresh. Customer service was mediocre in Rogers. It was disappointing and we will go elsewhere next time we are in the area.

One of my favorite ice cream places in Rogers, though I usually get a concrete over soft serve. There can be quite a line sometimes but it moves relatively fast and the ice cream is way worth it I promise.
Dietary restrictions: Not completely sure but they should have some options for people with allergies to certain things.
Parking: Plenty of space never an issue. If the parking lot is full there is multiple parking lots near by that's a 1 minute walk to Andy's.
Kid-friendliness: Staff is incredibly kind and since it's outdoors lots of room for the kids to play.
Wheelchair accessibility: I do not remember there being any steps leading up to the order window

Absolutely love this place! Great quality products, excellent service & amazing portions. The app is easy to use as well, recommend anytime. First time trying the Apple Pie Concrete & it's an A+ !! Another favorite is vanilla with caramel.
