The custard is fresh and good, but we got majorly jipped on the toppings in our concretes...wouldn't have been so bad if each concrete wasn't $7. The apple pie concrete had about 1 bite of apple pie and the pumpkin pie was mostly just the crust portion. Disappointed in the value.

I have been a loyal and regular Andy’s customer for over a decade and love all the options of delicious custard they offer. Unfortunately I feel they are slipping in quality in the past several months. Nearly every item I have ordered has come out super runny and half melted to the point that I would be embarrassed handing it to a customer. Tonight it happened again and all they did was hand me extra napkins. What a bummer.

Just tried the Key Lime Pie concrete and will not have another. This did not even come close to tasting like key lime just vanilla and some cookie crumbs.
We stopped by after a game of Top Golf. Very fast and friendly service. DELICIOUS!! Strawberry Banana Oreo shake, Chocolate Shake, Vanilla Pint with Sprinkles. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Ordered a 2 scoop waffle cone and once received there was hardly 1 scoop laying in bottom of this giant waffle cone. This is exactly the reason I will not go back! RIP OFF! Braums is a far better product and value for your money!

There is a window where you ask for what you want and get your iscream +There's no doors to walk inside. You have all outside experience. And a drive-through entering from by a KFC. KFC is the only entrance, by the way.
