The service was great but the food was terrible everything was cold chicken was over cooked hard as a rock. Even the food they replaced for the cold meals were terrible. Pretty sure my son got food poisoning because the next day he was sick throwing up stomachs issues. And they did not even offer when they seen we were not eating our food something else only recook. Will never go back. This was our second attempt of eating there.

Worst food we’ve probably ever had. Place was a ghost town with the worst food ever. Chicken was way over done and mashed potatoes tasted like seafood. Only good thing was our server was decent.

Service was meh, but that new chicken sandwich ya'll got? Toss it in the dumpster. Chili's $10 chicken sammich has you beat by a country mile. That tasteless glorified chicken nugget didn't even come close to looking like the pictures in your menu, either!

Overall, the dinner experience was good, and the food and table service met expectations. However, I was disappointed with the reception staff when we requested a corner table to celebrate our son’s birthday in peace. Though initially they said no corner seats available, but when we pointed a visibly available seat, they let us to sit there but, I witnessed them sharing comments about the request with other servers, which felt inappropriate. This detracted from an otherwise pleasant visit. Improving professionalism at the reception would make the dining experience much better.

Had difficulty locating the restaurant as every single bit of exterior lighting, including signage, was not illuminated.tje place looked like it was closed or out of business. Before we entered, we were warned by exiting customers of their bad experience with the staff. We were seated promptly as there were only about 4 tables occupied. Facility felt worn out and dingy. Service was decidedly poor and food arrived after a long wait. Our food order was not completely fulfilled, and requests for refills and condiments were not addressed while the staff appeared to be more concerned with their phones. It simply felt like nobody wanted to be there. The complete lack of exterior lighting is definitely a potential safety issue. I didn't personally have a problem with the music selection, but the volume was a bit of a hindrance to conversation. To be fair, the food we were served was actually much better than expected and definitely the best we've had at any Applebee's, but we won't be returning as the overall experience was negative.

The staff is amazing but you just can’t ignore how dirty and old this place is. It’s not a dirty that can be cleaned either. They just need to bulldoze this place and start new.
