The sandwich I ordered had so much roast beef juice it literally poured from the wrapper when I picked it up out of the bag and my bun was disintegrating. They didn’t give me my au jus and when I called to get it corrected, the manager was so rude and wouldn’t give me her name. Won’t ever be going back to this location.

The absolute worst Arby’s ever. Closing at 7pm, won’t honor in app rewards that say redeem in store, And then give you incorrect food. Food is cold once the issue is resolved. Who is running this store? They need reevaluated

Every time I come to this location, there is always something that fouls the taste in my mouth whether it be the quality of food or the quality of workers. Tell me why go through drive thru only to be rudely interrupted halfway through ny order and then given attitude when asked about substitutions. Then once pulled around, the lady at the window had an extreme attitude and basically threw my change at me. This is the last time I come to this establishment. This was the final straw. Do better

Had the great honor of being served by Michelle on a recent visit to Arkansas. She offered up perfect interaction, amazing manners, prompt service. Food was great. This store will be on our list for a return visit.**updated 11/12/25**Told you we'd return. Madison offered up the same genuine kind customer service. Food came out quick, was hot and delicious.

This is for the Arby’s on 8th St in Rogers Arkansas. At around 6:38pm this evening I pulled up to the drive through. Part of the lights were off outside and the actual food display was totally out not lit at all. The only way I thought they might be open is I saw others in the drive thru. I proceeded to place my order for my son. He ordered a sandwhich and med fry and med drink then they said they would give us the total at the window. I drove to the window handed her my coupon for a meal on them!! (I was given some free meal cards from the Arby’s in Tontitown last week) the girl at the window took the card and then came back to the window with a manager and she said this card is expired. It expired last year. I said I just got given that card last week for the Arby’s in Tontitown. They said then you need to take it to that store. They handed the card back to me. I looked at the card and there is absolutely no expiration date at all no use by date but was printed in 2024. Nothing at all on there about an expiration date at all. Also it didn’t show anything on there about where to use it or not to use it either. It’s good for any Sandwich any medium fry and any medium drink. They said they wouldn’t accept it and they looked at me like I was in the wrong. I told them they could eat the meal and proceeded to leave. Before I left the parking lot I was like wait a moment here. I called the Arby’s in Tontitown Arkansas, a very nice lady answered the phone and she said that yes those would have come from that store in Tontitown and that they are good anywhere and that they are not expired. She stayed on the phone with me while I went into the Arby’s on 8th st and I had her on speaker and nobody was at the counter or in the lobby or anything. I was at the counter and said hello?? And then someone finally came to the counter in about 30 seconds later maybe? It was the girl from the drive thru. I let her know who I had on the phone and asked to speak to the manager. She went and got the manager and the manager came within maybe 8-10 ft of the counter. I let her know that I had the manager on the phone from the Tontitown Arby’s and she didn’t seem to care at all. She said I’ve already talked to our GM that’s over our store and we aren’t going to accept it. Then the guy from the kitchen was even hollering from back there with an attitude and saying you need to take that to the Springdale store. I said aren’t all of the Arby’s in this area owned by the same people and they said yes but we aren’t going to accept the coupon. It would have to be from here. I let her know that there is nothing on the coupon that has an expiration date or anything like that and she still didn’t care. I then let them know I was leaving and that I would be leaving a review. The nice lady from the Tontitown store was in the phone with me the entire time. She let me know that I could come in and talk to their store manager during regular business ours 8-5pm and that they would help me with this matter. I honestly don’t understand as to why the store on 8th St in Rogers was so rude to me. I’m honestly not sure if I will be back to the Rogers Store again. They were so rude to me and that treated me so very poorly. I would never ever treat a customer the way they treated me. That was just very wrong. There is nothing on the coupon that says to only use at the Tontitown store at all.

I went through the drive thru and got the gobbler I received just turkey and sauce on my sandwich I called to tell them they made a mistake and she was such a horrible person on the phone I think her name is summer she was refusing to give me her name. I would be embarrassed to treat a customer the way she treated me. I have two small children and my ride left so I couldn’t go back tonight or tomorrow and she told me she needs the sandwich back to get a new one when this was suppose to be a diner. She said to put it in the fridge and when I can take it back to get a new sandwich. I just don’t understand how I couldn’t just get a replacement without the disrespectful attitude. She is a disgusting human being and should not be working in the food industry if that is how she treat people. If she is a manager I could only imagine how she treats coworkers she should be taught how to be friendly or fired I don’t recommend going here unless you would like to be treated bad.

Waited on a drive thru order for 20 minutes. Just a classic beef sandwich and curly fries. I could see 5 employees inside and bags of food lining up on the counter. I thought I was waiting on fresh fries....nope. My food sat there the whole time. I don't know if the workers were just done because the store was closing early, but there were still people getting food. I was the first in the drive thru and a line formed behind me while we all waited. Finally got my food and EVERYTHING was cold. The bag didn't feel very hot but I saw all the food was there so I went home...less than a block away. The fries and sandwich were luke warm at best. I'm guessing my food was sitting on that counter the whole time. I've been coming to this store since the 90's and that is the worst experience I've ever had. And the woman at the register was not at all friendly. If you don't like talking to people then you shouldn't be working in customer service. No idea why the store is closing early. I tried to ask about that and the girl shut the window in my face. I was not rude, I've worked in food service and customer service and I understand the challenges. I was treated very poorly and for the price of cold food, it's just not worth it. You lost a long time customer today.
