Arbys has something going on. A great crew who enjoy working together, and really good deals on the website make Arbys the clear value in fast food. As the Chik Fil A across the street continues to slide into the gutter, Arbys is on the rise
The food was hot and very good. The staff who took our order was polite and helpful and the place was very clean. However the manager was rude and reprimanded a girl that was struggling to complete a task given to her and threatened to fire her in a very long and condescending tone.
We had gotten the jalapeño sliders. First the cheese was all melted on the wrapper and jalapeño were all on one side. Slider bun was way too thick. They need to use a thinner bun, put more meat and cheese in the center. Plus maybe add mayo and pickles.

The big hamburger was the best single patty with lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles sandwich that I had eaten in a long time. Service is always friendly and respectful. Thank you for a great meal with leftovers. Best wishes from Michael and Susan
The staff is phenomenal. They almost always get our order right, and on the off chance they don't, they fix it quickly. They are friendly, fast, patient, and really deserve to be paid more! The food is typical for a fast food place but not bad. We eat there a lot because everyone in our family can find something they want.

Worst service I've seen in the four years I've been in NWA. Waited 15+ minutes and the the food was cold and incomplete. If you can't prep the food don't take the order. I hope whoever got my turnover enjoyed it. Manager didn't really seem to care.
