Awful, slow service. When we brought it to the managers attention he didn't seem to care. I'd rate 0 stars if I could. Granted, I should have expected it with Big Whiskey's always seeming to suck.

Food was alright. The place wasn't to busy, but had a few big tables and a birthday party. Service was extremely slow and got the appetizers about an hour after ordering them. The fish for the fish and chips were 4 small diamond shaped grease filled pockets. Chicken tenders, wings, and burgers were alright. The southwestern egg rolls were a bright spot.

Bartender needs training. Drinks come out slow and glasses are dirty.

Went here with my buddy, wasn’t super busy, appetizers were yummy and on sale around mid day when I went, burger was phenomenal, server was professional
I have to be nit picky and say it was a bit drafty in the restaurant lol but I’ll still give jt 5 out of 5, put on a coat and it was no longer cold

This new location is huge and very nice! Lots of great options on the menu. Our appetizers and dinners were delicious. The waitress was very pushy when trying to get us to order alcohol. I understand this is partly her job, but everybody said no, and she kept on pushing it. Then, once she talked one of us into a happy hour drink, she forgot to give the happy hour discount on the check. It just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. I do plan to go back, but hope to get a different server.

We visited the new Big Whiskey’s location in Rogers and were really impressed. It was a Thursday at about 1 and we were sat immediately, pretty slow at that time. From the moment we came in, the service stood out. Everyone was fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which always sets the tone for a good meal. The restaurant itself was very clean, well laid out, and in a great location that’s easy to get to. You can tell this place is well run and pays attention to details.

I ordered the grouper tacos and they were excellent. The fish was freshly fried, hot, and perfectly cooked, not greasy at all. The portions were huge, especially for the price, which made the value even better. Getting two sides with the meal was a nice bonus and really made it feel like you’re getting your money’s worth.

My wife went with the pick two lunch special and had the French onion soup with a half sandwich. She absolutely loved it. The soup was flavorful and comforting, and the sandwich was fresh and well made. Nothing felt rushed or pre-made, which is always appreciated.

The atmosphere was another highlight. It was inviting, comfortable, and had some really big TVs, making it a great spot whether you’re there for lunch, dinner, or to catch a game. Overall, Big Whiskey’s in Rogers delivered on service, food quality, value, and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, enjoyable dining experience.

We ate at the Rogers location on 1/3/26 and the service was terrible. Very slow to get drinks (just for 2 people) and we never received or were offered any refills. I had the incorrect side on my entree and it was very slow to get our check. There are too many other good restaurants to choose from in this area. It’s not worth spending money to go out to eat and not get at least an average level of service. I recommend going somewhere else.

Pretty okay. A chain, the staff tries hard to please, but still a chain with chain restaurants food.

Update: Was finally contacted and the restaurant made it right. Updating my review to reflect.

Don’t order through their own website for delivery. My food was not only wrong, it was delivered to the wrong house, and I was told “there’s nothing we can do”. They use a third party for delivery, but there is no way to dispute an issue. And the number on the confirmation email to call with issues, just goes to an unanswered voicemail. Completely wasted money. I’ve always had a great experience in Bentonville, but this one in Rogers is unreal.
