Been here twice now. The first we came the sushi was exceptional and I would have said the best in the area. We went again last weekend, and the fish did not taste the same and I would not have recommended it. I'd go back to try again.

Sometimes music is TOO LOUD, but they will turn it down. Have been coming here for many meals (all excellent). Japanese Nachos a delight. Fish is fresh. Servers a delight. Usually very crowded @ mealtimes.

Mandy always throws downnnn behind the sushi bar. Never had a mild experience- I’m always beyond satisfied after leaving here. Ash was our server this last time and she was very attentive and knowledgeable on the menu and specials. Love the staff at Blu DTR! Pictures is the special- the Agatha Roll

We had a fantastic experience sitting at the bar.David was a delight, he took such great care of everyone. You must try the crisp rice and the flaming blu roll. The team is a well oiled machine and everyone seem to really enjoy working with each other. 💛

Small, fun place for a great date night. The food was incredibly fresh and not just generic. We got the sushi boat for 4 and it was wonderful. So glad we were able to come and experience this place. We aim to be back again. My one suggestion is turn the background noise down. In fairness, we are hard of hearing so that tends to by my complaint at most places. Wonderful food and service.
A fun, hole in the wall sushi spot that stands out the second you manage to spot the front door. The small interior felt cozy, creative, and authentic without being too cramped. Service was spectacular. The food was next level. The Aoi Nachos were unique and delicious, and a great serving size for several people to share. We tried the Flaming Blu sushi roll and couldn't stop thinking about the smoked salmon on top for the rest of the day! The cocktail menu features several creative mixed drinks made with a variety of different types of sake. I can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu!

Just getting myself settled in to the DTR scene, and here is another place that is an instant favorite. Lunch on the patio with the doggo, who got her own crispy salmon skin treats. Had a DTR roll and some tuna nigiri. Food quality like the big town I came from, service quality like the small town I want to be in.
