Blu DTR -Sushi -214 Elm, Rogers ARReservation is required. We did get lucky, and we were seated. I highly recommend a reservation, you may not get in. This is a garage converted to a very upscale sushi bar. Seating is a premium.The Coconut Shrimp, Shaggy Dog Roll, & California roll were far above the standard sushi fare in most places in the world. The Wasabi was fresh, the flavors were clean and very much quality ingredients. The service was exceptional, she was very attentive. Understand this place was over the level of busy, and the food was very timely. The place is very well put together and atmosphere is very nice.I would say that if you do not try it you will be missing out, and they will be busy with those who have. We will be back. Great patio with friendly staff. The food was great but a little too salty. Prices are pretty high for the amount of food but the quality of the ingredients was noticeable. Overall great addition to the DT area.We ordered the beef Yaki Udon and the Beef Yakitori. We had a scallop special as well.

Very small restaurant so can be tough to find open spots. The sushi is great and have some unique items like garlic edamame. The staff was great and the chefs were very friendly as well. They helped to choose the right chef's roll based on our preferences and everything tasted fantastic.

If you consider yourself a fan of sushi then look no further. "BLUSHI" As we so lovingly nickname this amazing establishment will leave you feeling full and satisfied to say the least. I am from California and I can tell you right now that I haven't found sushi this good in years. It makes me feel like I'm at home on the coast. Also I cannot stress how amazing the staff is. Just excellent. Sushi is my happy place and blu is truly the best. The rolls are huge!! You need less than you probably think. We had such a nice time as a group of 4 in this small restaurant.Call ahead for space or making a rezzi is highly encouraged due to the limited capacity!
