Great food. Nice place. Good people working here.
just stopped in for lunch. Brisket and Pulled pork were really good, no sauce needed. Beans were great. We live on the other side of town, so probably won't be regulars but will definitely stop in occasionally. Blue Ember will be a great addition to their area of town

I’m really disappointed with Blue Ember. The food is good, but the value isn’t there.
Last night I ordered a pound of brisket and sausage, along with bacon-wrapped jalapeños, mac & cheese, and green beans. When we got home and opened everything up, I could immediately tell the brisket was well under a pound. I actually weighed it, and it came out to a little over half a pound. The sausage was great.
