Everyone always talks about the drinks in the reviews but the customer service here is amazing! I’ve never had a bad experience with a worker. Everyone worker is always happy to assist and recognize their mistakes. I’ve always been served amazingly when i visit!

I ordered a cheesecake coffee with tapioca pearls and it was DELISH!!!! 🥺 I wish their cups were a little sturdier. I was rounding a corner and the lid popped right off, right after I bought it! 😭 Because of their cups, I couldn't leave a 5-star review! But other than that, their cold foam on top is TO-DIE-FOR superb and the quality of their drinks is top-notch! Hopefully, soon their cups can be quality too to match! I ordered a caramel iced latte half sweet, and it was undrinkable due to how sweet it was. It tasted like straight sugar, and I could not taste the coffee flavor.

Let me just start by saying the boba here is SOOOO GOOD!! I moved here about a year ago, and HiTea still remains the best boba I’ve had. They have an assortment of flavors, endless combinations, and new flavors every month! Not to mention the staff is pretty Chill!

This is an amazing concept of boba drive thru. The tea taste like real tea and that’s why I still give rating 3 stars. The boba add on is what lacks flavor and texture. It’s not consistent every time I come here. At times, it taste fresh. Other times it taste overcooked and mush. There was one time where I asked for boba as a topping and the drink itself looked like there was only maybe 5-8 pieces of boba balls. At that point, just tell me you don’t have anymore than throw in a very tiny scoop. I was hoping to be blown away by a drive thru concept. I expected more as well knowing that this location is also part of another boba location called Hi-Tea. Still looking for my favorite boba in NWA.

I wish I lived next to this place the staff was so freindly and the wait was not long at all. I also love the title Bubble n' Bean it is so cute and the drinks were fantastic. 1,0000,0000 out of 5!♡♡
Let me start by saying I love this place me and my family frequent it all the time however today I went and bought $50 worth of drinks and the drive-thru when they handed me two of them I noticed that they were wrong so I let the workers know of which they seem very frustrated but remade the drinks then when I got home the two other drinks that were for people in my house were disgusting one of them literally tasted like burnt coffee and massive amounts of sugar I really hope this place isn't going downhill we will sure miss it if they don't get their drinks back up to par

I love the fact it’s drive thru! I got the mango milk tea with mango jelly and yogurt bubbles. Hubs got the jasmine tea with dragonfruit bubbles. They were both refreshing.

Our first time coming here, the staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations to try. My hubby got a brown sugar boba with pistachio and I got a strawberry milk tea boba with pistachio. Super yummy! We'll be back
