got here at 9:50 when they close the inside at 10 and they locked the door while we were walking up and he saw us. point blank range no scope. Go to Mcdonald’s instead

We LOVE this Burger King, we never have any issues, but my wife and I just went for lunch, and as we were at the drive thru window, we watched the manager himself, pull out fries FROM OUR BAG and eat them. So we confronted the person who gave us our food and they just smirked. They are not very sanitary and they do not care.

I always order a whopper with no cheese and no onions. Three times in a row, the paper is marked correctly but lo and behold it’s fully dressed with cheese. Tonight I also had to go back inside from the drive through to get the missing jr. Whopper. Night shift at this location is absolutely ridiculous, needs better (actual) management.

I went through to get a bacon melt meal and honestly Burger King usually has amazing fries but these were not good, like the last ones that have been sitting there. The guy working the window was very cool though!

UPDATE Review #2: Its sad this wasn't responded to. My fiance doordashed the chicken fires meal, only the drink and fries were delivered. Doordash credited her back, but it's really sad how bad you guys actually are. I'm a blunt person, and this store is out of control. Horrible service. Review #1: Hello owner, gm, store manager. 2 for 2. Let me tell you something, make your in-store employee code pride. Personal responsibility in delivering excellence. There's no reason a customer should get a held crispy chicken patty over 30 minutes. Do not hold crispy chicken in any form, you cook it fresh and pull up unless it is lunch or dinner. You don't hold the crispy chicken Patty's you made for lunch, and serve them an hour later. Not acceptable, I will have your job. Launch this store to 50%+ sales increase and top rated in the country. Don't play with the food quality, and do not be lazy. People are sick of that, it's unreal and unacceptable. Any delivery, will also have fresh cooked food. You do not make the order for door dash or any delivery with food ready to go for the window. The concept is complete different, timing is completely different as well. I've gotten a horrible crispy patty 2x from here now. The lettuce tasted rotten. This is enough, you need to step up or I will call the health department for more frequent visits. Or, feel free to email me for a general manager position. More than qualified and for the right money I'll make this store top 10 in the country. I have done in 3x over 4 years. Even during covid, proven results. This is unacceptable. Fix it. I will be looking forward to a reasonable response from this team.

In all the states I have traveled to, and have enjoyed the BurgerKing wopper,I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A WORSE BurgerKing ever than the one in Roger's Arkansas...THE WORTHLESS SERVICE, that Makes the WORTHLESS BURGER.. I even tried it 3 times thinking it was a bad night... But NO THIS PLACE SUCKS,THE SERVICE SUCKS I WON'T RECOMMEND IT!!!

Burger King burgers and fries ? are fantastic. The burgers are always fresh and hot off the grill , plus first responders and veterans get 20% discount off their food they order, be sure to show the employee that checks you out that your a first responder or veteran.

First, ordering was a pain as I don’t speak Spanish and apparently she couldn’t understand English! Second…get to the window to pick up order and it was absolutely filthy! Next, I could see into prep area and was disgusted. Now, employees were not only unfriendly, they also didn’t look clean. Driving out the driveway looked like it had never been cleaned!!! Needless to say, did not eat the nastiness and will never waste my money there again!!!!

We ordered online pick-up and my husband couldn't go in the lobby at first, someone opened it for him and he said he was here for a pick-up order and the man hands him a bag. My husband asked where the drinks were, and the man told him "It's all in the bag!" My husband felt rushed out as the man told him the lobby was closed? There was already a few people eating in the lobby though and it was only 8 pm. It said lobby was open online til at least 10. I get things happen and they can be short handed, but 1) should reflect that online the lobby is closing early 2) staff shouldn't handle the situation the way they did. Plus, frustratingly enough, we didn't even have our whole order when we checked our food. So then we had to wait in the drive thru line for 10-15 minutes when our food should have been ready to begin with. Please take this review into consideration.
