Why does all the restaurants want to way over salt their fries. I can't wait till the day someone gets a heartache from all the salt and sues over it. Stop pouring salt all over the fries. Put a very small amount and if ppl want more give them plenty of salt packages to add more. Plus you guys really need to address the nasty stench of old greasiness in the entire restaurant

Always have to wait a long time when I dine In just to get someone to take my order. Always made to feel like me and kid are a bother to them just being there. Last time I came in, the man working the drive thru was blatantly making fun of the workers in the back while myself and other customers waited close to the counter. Zero professionalism or good work ethic out of most of them. A few good eggs in the bunch but not enough to make a difference in overall experience. Do better please!

I came through the drive-thru around 9:40 and they helped me choose what I wanted to eat and they accidentally in the middle of the chaos of helping me pick out my food forgot to put in my husband's order and only put in my my order so they gave us my husband's order for free and then made it fresh and brought it out to us in the parking lot super fast and apologized and they were absolutely amazing tonight thank you so much for the amazing service and amazing food and the amazing attitude and just being amazing....

got here at 9:50 when they close the inside at 10 and they locked the door while we were walking up and he saw us. point blank range no scope. Go to Mcdonald’s instead

We LOVE this Burger King, we never have any issues, but my wife and I just went for lunch, and as we were at the drive thru window, we watched the manager himself, pull out fries FROM OUR BAG and eat them. So we confronted the person who gave us our food and they just smirked. They are not very sanitary and they do not care.

I always order a whopper with no cheese and no onions. Three times in a row, the paper is marked correctly but lo and behold it’s fully dressed with cheese. Tonight I also had to go back inside from the drive through to get the missing jr. Whopper. Night shift at this location is absolutely ridiculous, needs better (actual) management.
