I love their drive-through service because of not only the friendliness of the young man who served me, but also the fact that he never took my credit card from my sight, and this example is important to me. Any company that offers drive-through service should follow this principle.The Whopper Meal with cheese stayed hot until I got home, and it really hit the sweet spot for my husband. He was craving a regular Whopper with cheese meal, and was already gone by the time I asked him how it tasted.Kid-friendliness: Rogers, Arkansas kids are usually the friendliest you will find. It’s a shock when there’s a young g person in this area who’s otherwise.

Ordered off Postmates. I only came in once it said my order was already done. Went inside And asked for the order. Which I could see but nobody even checked so I just stood there. Meanwhile one of the workers. Blonde hair bigger guy, was just complaining very loudly how people need to stop ordering food because “this is ridiculous”. Then asked him about my order when they asked what I was standing there for and he said it wasn’t done and that “it will be ready when it’s ready”. Mind you I could see my order the whole time already done. And I wasn’t complaining or anything I was just quietly waiting. This guy clearly is stressed and hates his job and doesn’t care who hears it. So someone should tell him to quit then. I’m not sure how him even being like this around customers was actually allowed?

I love to give good reviews to deserving establishments. It's with an upset stomach that i post this one though.3-sandwiches (2 whoppers, 1 chicken sandwich), 1 fry, 2 onion rings. Two different guys worked on it. Took awhile even though there were only 3 cars in the drive thru.Got home across town, no chicken sandwich. Back across town, got my chicken sandwich, came home to a cold whopper and cold onion rings.Their onion rings are horrible cold. So was the whopper.Sorry, my last trip to Burger King.

Person at the window was obviously on something. Took several minutes just to order a couple of burgers. They kept spacing out, and you could hear them trying to get another more sober employee to put in the order. The order on screen was not correct, but it was impossible to explain this to the crackhead taking orders. Crackhead at the window was initially in a corner on her phone, then eventually came to the window and was bizarrely hyper, staring, etc. We were over charged and received the wrong items, but at this point I just wanted to get out of this situation. I am afraid to even touch the food. I am reporting this place to the health inspector.

Poor service, my food was not only cold but tasted old.. As a former BK manager, I find this to be a disgrace to the brand And the quality that the corporation strives for.. and I was very generous with my review and gave an overall of 2 stars..Very disappointed ??☹️☹️

I ordered a chicken sandwich plain asking for nothing but the bun and the chicken and they put MAYONNAISE on it when I asked for it PLAIN! I am heavily disgusted by mayo, and don't like the taste or texture of it. Which is why I wanted it plain. It was a 20 minute drive to go there and all I got was that disappointment. Probably going to order on UberEats so I can refund it if it's incorrect.
