Horrible customer service! I get that it’s only Burger King… but still, what’s with the attitude y’all? Don’t y’all know this is Pleasant Grove, and y’all are right next to Chick-fil-A. You think you’d hire decent people that can control emotions hahaha. Food’s good though:-)

I have not been to Burger King in years, I was missing out. The fries were great, the burger was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was fast and friendly. I suggest you stop by this Burger King and see what you're missing out on.

Burger King sells an item called an onion ring that is NOT an onion ring. It is nothing but onion flavored breading. It may have onion powder in it, but it is NOT an onion ring. False advertising.

I had such a bad experience with the drive thru attendant. (Older male guy) I had never ever received such a bad costumer service. He was mean and rude because apparently I was ordering by the numbers on the menu and he didn’t have those numbers memorized on his screen. He yelled at me that I should order by name instead of numbers. Usually the location doesn’t have the best costumer service, but this guy went too far. He even turned so I couldn’t see his name tag when I picked the food at the window. I don’t think I am ever coming to this location.

Spent $62.58 for a drive thru order. Order was all wrong and we were shorted a Cheese Burger and received a large Coke, when I ordered a large unsweetened tea. Went back to get the Cheese Burger, Manager asked for my ticket, wasn’t given or offered one. She did give me my cheese burger, but wouldn’t give me a cup for a large tea. She told me I should have brought my cup back to refill it. WoW she lost a customer over 15-25 cents cup!!! 3 strikes no longer on my list.
