Burger King sells an item called an onion ring that is NOT an onion ring. It is nothing but onion flavored breading. It may have onion powder in it, but it is NOT an onion ring. False advertising.

I had such a bad experience with the drive thru attendant. (Older male guy) I had never ever received such a bad costumer service. He was mean and rude because apparently I was ordering by the numbers on the menu and he didn’t have those numbers memorized on his screen. He yelled at me that I should order by name instead of numbers. Usually the location doesn’t have the best costumer service, but this guy went too far. He even turned so I couldn’t see his name tag when I picked the food at the window. I don’t think I am ever coming to this location.

Spent $62.58 for a drive thru order. Order was all wrong and we were shorted a Cheese Burger and received a large Coke, when I ordered a large unsweetened tea. Went back to get the Cheese Burger, Manager asked for my ticket, wasn’t given or offered one. She did give me my cheese burger, but wouldn’t give me a cup for a large tea. She told me I should have brought my cup back to refill it. WoW she lost a customer over 15-25 cents cup!!! 3 strikes no longer on my list.

The girl taking our order was unenthusiastic, and when we got our order they did not take off toppings we asked to be removed. The Dr Pepper was flat and their syrup was out on it. Both burgers had patties broken in half causing them to fall out of the burger. I understand ordering at 11pm can be dodgy, but please just take the time to review an order before making it. There was nobody else in line before or after us, they had plenty of time.
My fries were not cooked all the way and I had hair in my sandwich in my first bite of food don't recommend going to this location.

We have been coming to this location for a while, but never dined in, only driven through.
Tonight we decided to dine in, and my gosh we will NEVER do that again at this location. The tables and chairs were all disgusting, and the staff was very unhelpful. I sent my four year old up to ask for a crown because I'd like her to learn to do those kinds of things. The young man at the counter acted annoyed that she was asking him for one, then when I started to approach he was so rude about it. Said something like, "She can take them all for all I care" Is it really that difficult to give a child a crown??
I watched as another child walked up to order something, and the man who I assume is the manager took her order without greeting her or looking her in the eye. He never once looked up from his screen to acknowledge her existence. I don't care if the person in front of you is young, old, female, male, or anything in between; if they're breathing, make eye contact and treat them with some semblance of respect.
I worked in customer service for over ten years and I am appalled at the lack of it in the places I've frequented lately. I understand working for minimum wage and how thankless it feels, but I don't understand treating people, and especially children, rudely. Do better.

Ordered on the app for dine in. Was impressed food was ready and waiting when we arrived. It was fresh and tasted great.
The reason for 2 stars? The dining area was FILTHY! The restaurant was empty when we came in and no one was in the drive-thru. They were not busy Six people were standing by the counter when we walked in talking, leaning, and laughing. They watched me hunt through the filthy tables for a clean one without saying or doing anything. They stood at the counter doing nothing for 10 more minutes, then one man began prepping kid's meal bags while the others leaned and talked. No one ever came out to clean the dining area.
