Most of the time, anything you order, the items are wrong. You definitely can't ask for something to be omitted or changed to your order. It simply doesn't happen. The temperature, on many different occasions, of the is questionable at best!

This place sucks now they have a manager that is a very good smart-ass about when he answers questions for instance I asked for two packs of barbecue sauce and two packs of ranch and he said I can give you one of each anything after that I have to charge you and it was like 20 or 30 cents a pack the only Burger King that I've ever been to in my 28 years that has ever asked me to do that and the two pictures that are with this comment were from my lunch today when I got home that was supposed to be a large drink and a large french fry looks to me like somebody doesn't know their portions very well but you can sit in the Drive-Thru window and watch the manager make your food and he just stands there and talks he has no care or professionalism in what he's doing at all

Ordered the same items twice and both times were wrong. If you don’t wanna make something, just say that and I’ll save my money next time. Hershey sundae is not the same as an Oreo sundae. Maybe the cashier was slow or something

If I could put zero stars for service I would!!!! The food was burger king fare, good as usual. However, the greeting was lackadaisical and rude, I was handed my receipt with a here, no smile, nothing. I asked for extra mayo, and had to return to the order station only to be looked at like an idiot for asking for more. Tables weren't clean. Do yourself a favor a drive a few miles to a different Burger King!

Really? Good food and if you have the app, you get really good deals on there too. So I got two whoppers, two medium drains and two fries for I think it was around $20. Might have been a little more, can't remember?

A good place for a quick bite. The food was good but nothing dprcial. Thr service was fair but could have been better. The good thing was the burgers were not greasy. I got the impossible burger which is a meatless alternative. Surprisingly it still had tons of fat because of the matnosise. I ordered mine without the mayo a d thr fst content dropped significanyly.

Horrible customer service! I get that it’s only Burger King… but still, what’s with the attitude y’all? Don’t y’all know this is Pleasant Grove, and y’all are right next to Chick-fil-A. You think you’d hire decent people that can control emotions hahaha. Food’s good though:-)
