The service was EXEMPLARY; nobody missed a beat, even with a large group! Our waiter, Gauge (I believe that's how you spell it, forgive me if I'm wrong), went above and beyond to accommodate me personally. I have a nut allergy, and he went to the kitchen to ask if anything had nuts in it. He then brought me out some dessert that was "guaranteed no nuts." That dessert was divine!I can't say enough nice things about all of the waiters there, and I can't believe I've gone this long without checking this place out. I don't make it to NWA very often, but when I come back, I will most definitely be back at Capriccio!Sorry for the long review. TL;DR Food was perfect and the service even better!

My son took his girlfriend here for Valentine’s Day. When they booked they were not told it was a set menu at $70 per person. When they sat down the server did not review menu so the kids were unaware they had access to everything on the menu. They instead only ordered sparingly. I called and spoke to the owner who indicated he would leave a small gift card at the front for them to pick up. He did not. A bit disappointed in their attention to detail during the reservation process, seating process and menu presentation. My son paid the full bill and tipped kindly.

My favorite Italian restaurant in NWA by far! Nothing trendy here - the classics are served impeccably well! Wonderful ambiance, great for dates or a quiet dinner. They are now open for lunch too, although it's hard to tell. The service is also friendly and wonderful. Highly recommend!
