I did a pizza delivery with 2 drinks(2 liter) after I received the order from door dash and was unloading the product, we received 1 liters. I contacted the store and was told that it was an issue with door dash, contacted door dash driver and was told it is an issue with the store. We drove to the store which what was the purpose of delivery if I had to get out??? To exchange because they had no way of correcting any errors on their part. Customer service is crap nowadays!!!

Circus show! Stood in line for 20 minutes just for the old hag to let the only 2 people who just walked in to cut the line. 10 people in line and they have one cashier who doesn’t know what she’s doing. Had to listen to the scratcher computer beep for 5 minutes because she can’t comprehend technology. While the other useless employee hummed away in the kitchen that no one’s eating at

Yall need to fire the one tall pretty blonde girl. Yall know who it is. Yeah she’s nice to look at but my god she is incredibly slow at everything she does.You’ll be trying to pay for your stuff and she’ll be eating, looking around aimlessly while you have a 6 person line. I come here often and she’s always busy doing everything but working.

We placed an order for pizza through the Casey’s website. It charged to our credit card immediately. We added a tip as well. We called to verify it was placed due to the site saying something was wrong with the order. The store (store number 3209 in Rogers Arkansas). The manager of Casey’s(store number 3209) told me they couldn’t make our pizza even though I had the receipt on my phone showing what we ordered and we also had the receipt from the bank card it was charged to showing the total. I told her we would have to report this as fraud and she told me to go ahead and report it. It was reported.

The service is the worst, they should check the cameras so they can see how they serve customers, especially the women, they don't deserve a single star.

Whoever that newer, older woman with the smokers voice, brown, mid length hair and glasses-- she's terrible. Horribly rude and disrespectful. Came in at 10:15 on 4/13, wasn't acknowledged and I waited for five minutes before saying, "Hey, can I get some help up front please?" Instead of a simple yes, I got an abrupt, "I'll be right there! Some of us have things to do, and there's only one of me." Meanwhile, two other associates were by the cafe area. One of the other associates offered to help, and your disgraceful associate yelled at her, "No! I said I got it!" Then, your impudent associate walked up, complaining, "I was coming up here, but we all have jobs to do, I was trying to clean up a mess. Clean a mess, and I can't drop everything just to run over here. I'm sure we all have a job and something to do." I didn't acknowledge her churlish statement. I didn't say anything ill-willed until she threw my ID on the counter after I had handed it to her directly. I confronted your brash associate to which she proceeded to pursue a verbal argument. I told her that she needed to watch her attitude, because I only asked for help after waiting around for 5 minutes, and she replied, in a tackless, "Please," and rolled her eyes. I let her know if I needed to talk to her manager tonight, that I would and she said, "good luck, they're gone for the night." Good thing I have time tomorrow. Oh, and I just love how she's the only one who won't wear a name tag.

went in Saturday night 2/18/23 for some snacks, realized that when i saw the price i was 40 cents short on my card so i told the cashier i was sorry and to give me a second to transfer some money to my account(took less than a minute to do) while im transferring the money the cashier is huffing and getting upset with me,a man gets in line behind me and the cashier then proceeded to say "will you hurry this up you're holding up the line" the man behind me had been in line maybe 10 seconds and i was going as fast as i can i apologized to her for it "taking too long" and then i pay as im leaving i tell her to have a nice day and she then rolled her eyes and ignored me

The pizza was the worse I have ever gotten from there it was burnt and the manager just said get another one. There was not another cheese pizza I am a vegetarian it like so what another one they didn't have another cheese pizza they need the man that makes awesome pizza not sure I go back the cashier was very nice didnthe managerseem to care
