Called in a to go order, we live way across town so when my husband got the food home it was the wrong order, I ordered a child’s chicken it wasn’t even in the order, called to report it but the young lady didn’t seem too interested, just said I could come get some chicken but we live way out by the lake. Didn’t even have a receipt in the bag. Be careful & check your order before leaving with it.

Love their catfish!! I'm pretty picky when it comes to fish but I really like the way they do theirs. Had a piece of coconut cream pie and it was very tasty!

Where do I begin. Ordered extra sides and never received them. Worst coleslaw I’ve ever tasted. Catfish was mediocre, had more breading than actual fish and multiple pieces had completely fallen apart in the box. At least the hush puppies were good.Needless to say, I will not be back.

We've eaten here at least a dozen times and the food and service were very good. There was an older woman at the cash register who seemed to be in charge and several teens who brought food and bussed the tables. About 3 months ago, and again today, there was no adult at the register, only 4-5 teenagers at the front; at this slow time, why so many teens? Some were lounging on the counters looking as if they were bored, sleepy and couldn't care less. None of them smiled. One of the guys had the chain he wore around his neck in his mouth, ewwwh. Are his hands clean when he serves food? None were dressed neatly and need training in how to greet customers, and how first impressions are so important. In the bathroom rubber baseboards were pulled away from the wall showing "crud" along the walls and there was the smell of urine. If the bathroom which customers see isn't clean, how can we trust the kitchen, which we don't see, is clean. The food was really disappointing. The catfish must have been leftover from lunch....it was tough and had little/no flavor. To add insult to injury the order was wrong....2 items left out. There seems to be a lack of adult supervision and inadequate training of staff. It is a hard-to-get-to location and in the future I won't bother.

This place has just gone downhill over the years. The fish is still good but the atmosphere is terrible. The high chairs are broken and covered in some kind of nasty tar that our baby wipes couldn't get off. You are served on styrofoam plates. People are nice, although they refused to make a grilled cheese for our son who won't eat any fish, even though they have buns and cheese in the building. And the cost does not justify the quality of food. We ate at a nice fish restaurant in town two days prior and spent the same as we spent here, and at the nice restaurant we had beautiful salad and fresh veggies with our fish.
