2 out of the last 3 times I have ordered food from this location items have been missing. When calling to get this fixed they will NOT send another delivery and they will NOT refund the delivery charge that I now have to pay again to get a delivery. Really dissapointing.

The new owner made this the worst Chick-fil-A in NWA. It is super slow no matter if there is 2 or 10 people you will be in this line for 20 mins or more.

Service was quick, Adan was nice and very friendly. Table was dirty, and no one checked in on us to refill drinks typical of other locations. The gentleman who gave us our food slopped it on the table and was not friendly. Food was delicious however I did have 1 small nugget. I than mobile ordered an additional fry which was literally cold, big sad!

Just dont order gluten free. Its a toss up on if they remember to add the bun (they don’t forget to charge you) and when you circle back to get it, they give you a regular brownie as an apology lol
