Amazing food I am always down for some chicken but when I asked for mints I was told I wasn't supposed to get mints because they aren't for customers but only catering events I have never been told no mints this is an outrage. And while there I didn't get a single my pleasure. Very impolite.

The food was good as always but when I went to ask for mints at the end of my lunch I was told they were only for catering orders. So the hundreds of times I have asked for mints they weren't supposed to give me any? Never had a Chick-fil-A tell me that. Very disappointed.

Really disappointed with my Chick-fil-A breakfast this morning. My husband picked it up before work and it was completely burned. I didn’t have time to go back, so I had to throw it away. I also paid for an extra egg white and only received one. Smh. Chick-fil-A used to be so reliable, but lately it feels like the quality and attention to detail are going downhill.

My wife and I got there 1215 there was plenty of people driving around the building two lanes around it both lanes full and people inside ordering but we got our order very fast it was very clean and the waiters people we're very nice as four different times if we needed anything. Bathrooms were clean and the floors was clean I had a very good experience there I would extremely promoted. That was on west Walnut Street in Rogers.

They always overcook and burn my Egg White Grill—it’s like eating charcoal. Now, I only go to the Pleasant Grove or Pinnacle locations instead. Those places actually care, and they’re much cleaner.
Tiffany took my order and she was so kind! SHE ASKED ME HOW TO SPELL MY NAME!!! That's a huge point for me. I have a simple name but, its spelled differently, and everyone always assumes. By asking it shows a level of respect and I absolutely appreciated it!

How are they gonna refuse me waffle fries with my breakfast sandwich?!! The chick-fil-a on pleasant grove does every time. The store was dead no business and couldn’t accommodate smh! She gave me this excuse if she made fries they would have to waste some, which makes no sense. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 20 years. How’s it that you make one order of fries and have to waste the rest of the bag and this coming from a team lead and a manager that’s ridiculous. Come on Chick-fil-A don’t start being like McDonald’s.Trash

Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house, every time I visit this place through the window I have to waste almost 30 minutes to get my order, not to mention that the girls at the window are joking around with each other all the time, today was no exception, I arrived at 2:24 pm and it was 2:47 and my order still hadn't come out, I got tired of waiting and called inside and what they said was that I had to wait about 5 more minutes because they didn't have the machine to drop the strips. I canceled my order and just left, they didn't even offer an apology for all the time I had to waste. They are very poorly organized or they simply have people working that don't know how to do their job.

these guys charged my card a little weirdly and made it right, good on them for making it right, literally had a different business that same day charge me an extra $15(hair salon wrote a tip in and refused to refund it, they also messed the haircut up but I'm not asking for the price of the hair cut back) and I'm having to dispute that with my bank but chick-fil-a and the managers/employees there are good people and a good company. food was also pretty good, always is.
