Horrible customer experience. Waited about 15 minutes for a sandwich. I get it - it’s cold out. Gets this was each year. But that is no excuse for lousy customer service.

I made an online order at 9:50. Show up 10:00 they refused to make my order after they already charged my account. They didnt offer anything for the inconvenience just told me sorry but we are closed.
