I don’t even care that food doesn’t taste as good, and I don’t even care that the service is declining, but now that you have removed the playground area I have no reason to even come here anymore. The literal only reason we gave chic fil an our business is that our kids had a place to play with other kids. Your placement of capital over community has lost you our family’s business.

2nd time in a row my experience at this location was horrible and missing multiple food items - with no refund (still haven't seen the last refund promised a few weeks ago). Dennis is not cut out to be a manager. "We'll send it back to you in the app" doesn't work, I don't use the app. "We'll get you next time" doesn't work, this isn't where I usually pick up my order. No refund. Was basically told "there's nothing I can do to help you" unless I took another 40 minutes out of my evening to inconvenience my family and spend more money that wouldn't be reimbursed in gas to go back up to the store for the rest of my order and then they hung up the phone. Called corporate who took my email, but again - they can't help me and no one has reached out. Had to get my bank involved to dispute charges for a resolution because I'm not paying for something they didn't provide me with as promised. They don't care about customer service here. They're basically printing money at this point with how much revenue they generate and their "customer service" is false advertisement. Totally worth the drive to another location or just foregoing the franchise altogether because they are all going downhill.

We were served by a girl named Paloma. The service was terrible. She was not friendly at all. It was obvious that she did not want to serve us. She had an angry face and we had not even finished ordering when she told us "ok, you can go." Kindness is supposed to be above all else here, but the staff does not put it into practice. They do not put it into practice. It is a pleasure to serve you!

First of if your frosty the snow man dining in is definitely for you. They must keep it low 60s high 50s inside. The most ridiculous dine in temperature I've ever experienced. Food was cold before you could eat half of it because the inside of the place had icicles hanging from ceiling. The counter person had a dry personality, took care of our order but was just drab, just there ya know, gotta be somewhere. Cleanliness for chick fillet was I gotta say about a 5 out of 10, lousy for them. We literally powered down our food to get out of there and back outside where it was 76 degrees to warm up a bit. No good. I'd say if all chick fillets are this way then they have dropped from a 10 in the beginning to they rank right up there with sonic and the rest of the chains. Not very good for the money ya spend.

Parking: Parking sucks. It's obvious they prefer you drive thru, they got the whole lot taken up with drive thru lanes . This is why the dine in experience is terrible. They are focused on you driving thru. Make that money that's it.
