I don’t even care that food doesn’t taste as good, and I don’t even care that the service is declining, but now that you have removed the playground area I have no reason to even come here anymore. The literal only reason we gave chic fil an our business is that our kids had a place to play with other kids. Your placement of capital over community has lost you our family’s business.

First of if your frosty the snow man dining in is definitely for you. They must keep it low 60s high 50s inside. The most ridiculous dine in temperature I've ever experienced. Food was cold before you could eat half of it because the inside of the place had icicles hanging from ceiling. The counter person had a dry personality, took care of our order but was just drab, just there ya know, gotta be somewhere. Cleanliness for chick fillet was I gotta say about a 5 out of 10,...
