Food was great as always. Crowded dining room with management having a staff meeting taking up space and being loud right in the middle of dinner service. Bathrooms are clean but the placement of the toilet paper dispenser is absolutely stupid, you have to sit in the toilet at an angle because the toilet isnt far enough off the wall.

Who knew Chick-fil-A had a delicious vegetarian meal? They do! The Southwest Veggie wrap has corn, beans, peppers, tomatoes, and greens and is quite filling. Top it off with Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing or Creamy Salsa - yum! Very delighted this is on the menu. This particular Chick-fil-A in Rogers, Arkansas was tastefully decorated and has a gorgeous handcrafted table with an even more beautiful story behind it. The staff was courteous and kind. Thank you, Rogers Chick-fil-A, for providing a fun, clean, and delicious lunchtime!

I ordered a #1 and got a spicy sand. Called back to have the children and manager laughing and talking smack over the phone so much that I couldn't get a conversation about my messed up order. They weren't very Christian like over the phone. Very disappointed how they played games with my money. I'm never spending my money there ever again

I went through the drive through. The guy who took my order was very friendly. I wasn’t sure what was on the club sandwich and he was knowledgeable with all the different meals. The drive thru was busy but it went really fast.

Kaylee helped my husband and I after a long day of shopping for a new lawn mower. She was upbeat, friendly, and professional, and brought us smiles after a long day. We just wanted to thank Kaylee for her incredible service and a lovely meal from this location, as always.
My food was a bit cooled off when I picked it up, but that's okay! I was just surprised because it was a lot of nuggets in one box, so I was hoping it would stay warm longer (ordered a 30 piece nugget). This was also the first time I've ordered via the app, and it was confusing to say the least. They said the restaurant would begin preparing my order when I was on my way, so I headed there, and once I was there I got no confirmation on if or when my order would be ready. I think this is also why my order wasn't very warm. But it was still good food, of course! The staff are very friendly this time.
The Good: Happy employees are good employees. Owners of this CF have outside A/C units for their staff. Now that's putting your money where your mouth is. Happy and pleasant staff. Not So Good: No matter if you ask, you cannot have your fries well done. They come out white. Not brown. Although this time they did not bend, and were cooked thoroughly, this is the only time IME. I recommend they offer a baked potato, like their competition. I love that they offer grilled chicken. A potato would be a really nice addition.
