Best Chick-fil-A around! What would make it even better would be to make the food in the order of the QR codes being scanned in the mobile thru so that you don't receive your food before the three other people in front of you. It's always the same and admittedly pretty frustrating, especially if you are planning to eat at home and not in your car. I think I'm done using the mobile thru feature.

So much for the mobile ordering. Will not do that again ! No sauce, no napkins, no spoon, no straws. Not a very good experience. Food was good as to be expected.

Listen, I love cfa so much and actually worked there for a very long time and still go frequently. This location has been LACKING with order accuracy lately. Over the last few weeks almost every drive-thru order has been missing at least one item, and my delivery items have been wrong multiple times. Even as a huge fan, it’s literally not worth it to try going at this point because you know it’s not going to be accurate. Today alone I ordered for delivery and my entire order was wrong. I called Chick-fil-A and they wouldn’t help me at all, directing me to DoorDash instead. So not only did I not have food for my limited lunch time; but I used my entire lunch time communicating with both DoorDash and Chick-fil-A trying to get my money back and having to send “proof” that I wasn’t lying about the inaccurate order. Mind you, the sticker on the outside of the bag with my order had my name and the order correctly. Chick-fil-A just messed up and completely bagged it wrong and then blamed DoorDash. Frustrated is an understatement.

Customer service is officially dead at Chick-fil-A. There was an issue with DoorDash not even picking up the entire order, so I called Chick-fil-A to straighten it out. They could not have cared less. I even spoke with a manager named Sara, and she clearly isn’t trained on how to deal with customers.

It’s sad how far this place has fallen—service used to be the one thing that set Chick-fil-A apart. Now it feels like they’ve stopped caring altogether.
