We ordered to go, they were busy it took forever then when we get home with it they got the order wrong so the wife had to drive all the way back over there then they were hateful and argumentative with her about them getting the order wrong then after all that it didn't taste good at all so mine went in the trash and I ended up eating McDonald's. I understand taste is an individual thing but the getting the order wrong and the hateful and rude service is another thing

Sign said they were open, but at 1 pm, the door was locked so nobody could go in . We went elsewhere for lunch that day and had a wonderful experience.

I always love this place. Fantastic, consistent, affordable, and very friendly. Having a bowl of wonton soup on a cold day, and chatting with a friend in their comfy booths is one of my favorite things to do

The food was okay. Our waiter checked on us often and he was nice. However, the girl that was at the counter was very rude. There was an issue with our check and we walked up to the counter to solve the issue. She clearly saw us and ignored us. When a friend tried to ask her for help she looked at him and held her finger up at him. After the unnecessary disrespect she did reluctantly help us. Definitely won't be back.

Best Lo Mein I’ve had in the area! It’s all about the sauce. It’s truly delicious and sets this dish apart from others I’ve had in NWA. Service was spot on and everyone worked together to make sure all of the customers were taken care of. Highly recommend China Cafe!

Some of the best Chinese food I've had in NWA in a while! Can't beat the prices and the portions they give you. Even on the Christmas they were open and even thought it took a bit to get our food, our food was still hot and delicious! Joey and his family rock!
If you're looking for the most authentic Chinese restaurant in NWA, stop. I lived in the Sichuan providence for some time, and let me tell you, their spicy chicken took me back there! I haven't found a place in Arkansas this authentic, so it was nice to finally find one. This food was amazing, and the workers were super friendly as well.

My favorite chinese dish is the spicy Kung Pao Chicken. Very good until a few weeks ago when the chef left. Now there is no spice, no chili peppers, and very, very little sauce. Very bland, simply warm chicken and vegetables. Unfortunate since it had been a very good dish at this restaurant. Looking elsewhere now.
