Way too many kids! I also seen a huge rat while I was there. I kid you not, it was 6ft tall. The workers, while nice and helpful, didnt even care about the rat.
I would absolutely not recommend the Roger's Arkansas location from the very beginning from opening the door to leaving was not an Great experienc. From the very beginning no one was at the hand and child sticker center then at the register the girl had no knowledge of the best way 2 get pizza andor tickets tokens or time for a 3-year-old 1 pizza 2 soft drinks and a ticket swipe card cost $64 absolutely insane. All games were one token and almost every game only gave out 125 tickets to be used in the prize shop. All other items were for sale most items in the price shop started at 75 tickets.. The play area was an extra $14.. So for 72 dothers I got 1 pizza 2 drinks and a play card For games that did not either work and or turned off or only gave out Little to no tickets for the prize room .
I would not truly with all good heart recommend going to chuck E cheese the experience was not what I was expecting I was extremely disappointed by the cost of 1 pizza 1 play card and 2 drinks I took my 3-year-old for the first time to Chucky cheese from the moment we walked into the door the girl at the register did not know how to help us what package would be the best and then I said let's just do a medium pizza a play card and 2 drinks $62..... And if I wanted to add the the play structure it was another $12.50 extra on top of the $60 for 1 Pizza 2 drinks The girl at the register advised to get points instead of time which was kind of ridiculous as well because every game was one point on the card but also every game only gave you 1 to 5 tickets to use in their ticket store most of their items were a 100 tickets and up then to get a lower Prize you had to pay for them so the one sucker was $2 and the rest of the things that you could buy if you didn't have enough tickets... And never told us that the little pizza buzzer I need you to keep with me so once I noticed the pizza buzzer hadn't gone off yet I asked and they had no clue and then our pizza had been sitting for about 20 minutes and was cold salad bar looked rotten lettuce was all brown... Would not recommend
It's the kids favorite place all year round. Especially now they have the subscription it's so much cheaper, and they can go every day.
The manager and staff at this location is so sweet and genuine. They truly care about their customers. My kids love this place! It's the perfect place to get out all of that busy energy before bedtime.
My son enjoyed, he is almsot 3 and it was his 1st time. He enjoyed it a d a good amount of games for his age and height .
Great staff, helpful, and had a blast with the whole family
Lots of fun along with some good food. My grandson and I visit most every Saturday for two hours so he can enjoy the trampoline and Ninja play area. He rides a couple of the available rides and plays a couple of the games. He’s mainly interested in the trampoline and Ninja area.
He enjoys cheese pizza with out the tomato sauce.
The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful and they go the extra mile to insure the safety of the children and make sure that everyone has a great experience.
Great place
It is absolutely ridiculous that it costs 180$ to eat and play for an hour for 3 people…
But then, when the kids want to go into the playground, there’s the manager guarding it asking for an extra 12$ to enter!! Are you guys serious?
Half the games don’t work anymore and the workers are all hidden in the back playing on their phones.
This place is an insult to what it used to be. No wonder it was basically empty when we came.

It was AMAZING. Loved watching my Grandson at 4 be showed his Granny where everything was. Loved it.
This location was great. We went on saturday evening so it was crowed but no waits.
The only thing I didn’t like was the trampoline and the overpriced required socks per kid. 12-15 dollars per kid is ridiculous but other than that, this location was nice
We went tor our twin grandchildren’s birthday celebration. They were very organized for the many birthday parties going on while we were there. The tables were all decorated when we arrived. The food was great and the staff were very nice and helpful. All the kids had a great time because of course, it’s Chuck E Cheese!!
Pizza is fire.
Very fun spot
