Excellent atmosphere although the use of the trampoline should be included in the package and you should not pay extra for it

Fun place! Great for Birthdays. Pizza is okay.
Kid-friendliness: It's all about the kids. Adults get to have fun too.

They added a little trampoline place inside Chuck E. Cheese even if you have the membership you can’t jump on it. You have to pay $15 extra per kid. This is such a rip off by the biggest scam. They’re running right now. It really sucks. We have the membership for no reason.
Wat better then the Fayetteville chuckie cheese they have better games and nicer environment

OK for any of you kids who are out there who were born in the 90s Chuck E. Cheese has changed a bit. It’s not all bad. The food is still kinda average and they’ve done away with a lot of the creepy mouse stuff but there’s some things that you should think about before you go for one thing it’s still pretty much expensive. The second thing is the nostalgia of getting all those tickets and feeling like you have something tangible to hold onto as you win really has gone away and everything is kind of through electronic cards now. It’s a lot of fun for the kids, but it’s not gonna be the same Chuck E. Cheese that you remember and maybe that’s OK.

We had a great time got the 99.00 birthday package for my grandbaby. She lost her wrist band almost immediately for the 2 hours game play because her wrist was to small. Maybe get necklace to hang around the neck so they won't lose it. It was a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

I was here several months ago for a birthday party and had an average experience. I went back this last Saturday (10/26) and had hands down the best time I’ve ever had at Chuck E. Cheese with my kids. Devin and Melissa are superstar employees. They dance and sing and give the kids everything they’ve got. Chuck E. (In the suit) was engaging and dancing and got the kids pumped. I was so thankful and impressed with their crew from Saturday. Thank you guys for helping us celebrate and make memories as a family!

We attended a birthday party for a friend today at Chuck E Cheese in Rogers. We had an awesome time. The pizza was really delicious, my kids and I loved it, the games were fun for the kids. They use digital cards now, not the coins and tickets, which makes it easier to keep track of.
The staff were very friendly and kind. Checking out was easy as well, the staff working the counter were able to work with a crowd without missing a beat.

Update: More of the same. A greedy cash grab with lots of broken games still. Even worse put in jump zone that of course kids are going to want but it's $24 if you don't buy points that day $12 if you do. In the past I would be able to buy enough points for 2 to 3 visits but now it's $12 extra every trip

Took my 2 year old for a fun day since he’s becoming a big brother soon. We ordered a medium pizza and a “regular boneless wing” thats supposed to feed 2. It came with 6 wings and that was it! 6 isnt enough for 2 especially for 16 plus tax! Not to mention the 2 items took over 30 minutes!! When we arrived the new trampoline area had 2 gates that was open and there were multiple kids inside and workers came over being horribly rude because “they need special socks”. The socks are $12 and have to be purchased up front. You cannot wear your own socks either. No one knew because there was no worker at the entrance. Spilled some water and asked for a towel and they were to busy worrying about a kid without socks to get the towel. Asked 3 different workers. We get chased out of the building when leaving because they “need to check our arms for numbers” but there was no one working the front when we were leaving they were again all worried about a kid without socks. I seen 4 workers at one time worried about a kid without socks and they were so rude to the kids EVERY TIME. I seen a male worker put his hands on a kid to get him out (it was apparent he was delayed) but he didn’t seem to care just told him “to get out now”.
