AREA MANAGER ANDY IS WONDERFUL. Doordash got my pizza mixed up with another order, and Andy reached out and delivered the right pizza to my place himself. Now this is great customer service. above and beyond happy.

overall visit was decent when it comes to service. But food/cleanliness was not. For 10 bucks a person I guess you can't complain too much. Pizza does taste poor quality, stale tasting or soggy. There's no real in between. The bathroom for women was horrendous. There was feces all over the toilet seat & bathroom just filthy. There are no gluten free options. Good for those on budget but do not recommend in the slightest.

This Cicis Pizza in Rogers Arkansas is top-notch, their pizzas 🍕 are delicious and not heavy in oil /grease just perfect, In other Cicis restaurants you need to take you're napkins to soak up the cooking oil on top but not at this restaurant in Rogers Arkansas, and they have a lunch buffet that's reasonable too.
