Salad bar was okay. So many people there at the time waitstaff could not keep up with demand for pizza and breadsticks. Ice tea had chunks of dark stuff like mold in the cup....eeeek! Had not been there in a couple of years.Probably won't be going back for a couple more.

We have been coming here a couple times a year for about 5 years now. I don’t think there has been a day we come in where Trish hasn’t greeted us with a smile and helped us get checked in promptly. Today we experienced a hiccup at the terminal and Trish made sure we got through without causing any frustration or delay. The food was as good as I have seen at any cici’s and I am so glad that Trish is around to help. PS Trish, If you get to read this, sorry about the mess the baby made! I tried to clean what I could before he made a scene!
The restaurant was clean, the employee named Noah was both welcoming and friendly!

Our family has been there twice in n the last few months and both times we’ve left hungry and disappointed. Every time they have like 4 types of pizza to choose from and they’re all funky toppings. We were there 45 minutes and never saw a single slice of any type of pizza kids eat. No cheese sticks, Canadian bacon, or plain cheese. There were 3 slices of pepperoni when we first got there, and they were pretty good, so we thought the last time was just an off day but 40 minutes later there’s still nothing anybody wants on the buffet. I followed the girl putting pizzas out around all three sides of the buffet before finally yelling to get her attention and was told 5 minutes on pepperoni and when it finally came it was covered with random onions and mushrooms and was incredibly undercooked. We frequently go to the Fayetteville like location and have the complete opposite experience. It’s obvious they don’t care at all about their customers. They should change their name so they’ll stop giving stop giving cicis a bad name.

I was really disappointed with my visit to CiCi’s Pizza. The restaurant was very unclean — there was a noticeable dirty smell as soon as I walked in, and the bathrooms were in poor condition. Many of the booths and chair seats had visible handprints and grime on them, which made it hard to even want to sit down and eat. Cleanliness should always come first, especially in a place where people are dining. Unfortunately, this visit made me lose my appetite and I won’t be returning until they address these issues. They say that cleanliness is their top priority... That's a lie.

Absolutely horrible, could not keep the buffet stocked barely after 5. The worker at the front barely mumbled anything coherent. Good luck cutting anything with their plastic forks before it breaks. Definitely not money spent.

First my pizza had a mosquito on it and then I had a brownie that was under cooked then got a salad and it had the part you don’t it. This was the worst thing yet, the bathroom smelt so so so bad I was on the toilet puking on the floor because of the smell. I willl NEVER be going back there ever again.

Rogers, Arkansas cicis was horrible they are not even in the same ballpark as fayetteville. The food was so sad I've had better pizza from a gas station
My family and I had an incredible experience at CiCi’s Pizza thanks to Antonette! From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She took the time to suggest some great pizza combinations we hadn’t tried before, and every one of them was spot on!
What really stood out was when she made a custom dessert pizza just for our family — and it was amazing! It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about their customers, but Antonette clearly takes pride in what she does.
Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made this CiCi’s experience better than any other we’ve had. We live in Fayetteville, but after this visit, we’ll gladly make the drive to Rogers every week just to come back and see her!
If you’re looking for great food and even better service, go see Antonette at CiCi’s in Rogers — she sets the standard for customer service!

This Cicis is SO AMAZING!! The environment felt so positive and family friendly!! I came here with my children and they were very happy to see a arcade area! The whole restaurant was VERY spotless!! If there was a dirty table, the staff would instantly clean it so families could enjoy their food without any mess☺️. Even while I was eating, the staff was gladly asking if they could take my plates and trash I was done with so I wouldn't have to!! And the manager was so helpful!! She had made sure I was doing okay and needed anything, and even gave my little girls coloring pages to keep them entertained!! This Cicis felt great and very positive and I would for sure come back here again when I get the chance!!😄☺️❤️❤️💛💛

I had a unbelievably amazing time here. Every person I ran into had a great attitude and very willing to help. For example, I asked this nice young lady in the back for buffalo sauce, and she gave it to me quick and happily! And shoutout to Ms. Antoinette, her bright personality and spirit towards me and my two girls was amazing. It was one of my girls birthday and she went above and beyond to make it special, giving her stickers and coloring sheets! My youngest said she wanted to come back just to see to see Ms. Antoinette! The arcade is a nice touch as well, a good way to drain the kids 😂 The area around the place was very nice and well kept, especially for it being very busy for a while. The food was amazing and the staff was legendary!

As I was getting my food from the buffet, the staff was quickly cleaning spills that had been made, keeping the place well kept. The staff was making sure they’re was always a pizza out, all the pizza I wanted was there and if not the staff was happy to make it. Their appearance was very nice and is a good representation to CiCi’s. I would let my friends and family know that this CiCi’s is awesome! My daughter even wants me to ask about a birthday party there! The manager made sure that we were well taken care of, and if any issues came about, to go to her.
