Ice cream is always very good, sour attitudes and terrible service is a 0/10. Rolling eyes at customers for asking for 1 sample and acting like customers are an inconvenience - made this a terrible experience.

Shut door in customers face when asking why they were closing early… and didn’t answer them

Very disappointing experience at this Cold Stone Creamery. I ordered a medium, but they served less than a small. When I politely asked about it, the shift lead responded rudely and used melted ice cream from the bottom of an almost-empty tub instead of opening a fresh one. The cup looked messy and unappealing, and he even handed it carelessly, with ice cream smeared on the outside.

Their attitude made it feel like they were doing customers a favor instead of providing a paid service. On top of that, no one was wearing gloves, and cleanliness was clearly lacking. Very disappointing experience.

Always a good choice for a treat on the way home from a day on Beaver Lake.

Very good, but bummed they didn't have the tacos anymore.

We had the best guy helping. I didn’t catch his name but he was working on 2/1. He was tall, wore a sports hat maybe played baseball and about highschool age. He was the best service I’ve had in forever. Was happy to be there and so nice to everyone. 10/10 will be coming to here every single time

Terrible experience. Cold Stone used to be so good, but this location is terrible. Incredibly rude service. Had an issue with an order and the owner got involved and made things worse. Spend your money elsewhere.

It’s a hidden gem amongst the other shopping places in and around this area. The ongoing construction makes it a little difficult to access, but once you’re here, you have a good options of ice cream and birthday cakes. We got a red velvet strawberry flavored cake which we cherished.

Excellent service and excellent taste. The best ice cream in the area. I don't really consume sugar but my wife does and she loves that I take her to Cold Stone to taste delicious ice cream. The place is great to eat your ice cream right there, there are tables and chairs available as well as free parking.
