Love Confident! I moved from OK and needed a new coffee place when I found Confident. I’m basic and love a good caramel/vanilla latte and confident has never let me down! It’s a great spot to hang out and study, I like how they have indoor and outdoor seating. I’ve brought my dog a couple times, just to pick up a coffee, and the staff was super welcoming to him. The prices are comparable with any other place in the area!

Good coffee, but we won't be back. The business uses its storefront to promote political stances and opposition to law enforcement that we don't agree with. We prefer to spend our money at establishments that remain neutral or support the men and women in uniform.

What a beautiful coffee shop! The place is so nice and inviting, and the coffee is really amazing! The flavor is just right. The staff is very attentive, especially Max, who I had the pleasure to talk to for a while. I totally recommend this lovely spot!

Rough tasting coffee, poor attitude from staff, not enough indoor space for waiting for to go orders, my warmed up jalapeno sausage kolache has an off putting plastic smell. Lots of college kids. Cute vibe and walkable area but not a fan.

Disappointing experience this morning. I ordered a large latte and specifically asked for it hot, but it arrived lukewarm at best.

On the positive side, the toffee pecan scone was excellent — highly recommend it.

Service and reviews come down to consistency, and unfortunately today’s visit just didn’t reflect that.

Really nice cafe. The menu lists “alt milk” - they have oat, almond & soy. We tried their quiche, it was yummy. Only 1 vegetarian option. Sweet pastries - savory baked goods would be appreciated. Still a nice selection of food.
Drinks were great. Had flat whites.

What a great find! My fiance and I just relocated to NWA and are highly caffeinated individuals. I have had coffee all over this country (work travels) and Confident ranks among my favorites! Amber was very genuine and professional. The amount of knowledge and passion pours out of her as she educates. What a wonderful experience. Heading there now! 10+/10

Warm, welcoming, and a cozy, bright space. It is the perfect place for a fun coffee meet up or a reading session. The coffee is amazing, and I always love going back!

Drinks here are very good especially the strawberry matcha but items are quite expensive for what you are getting.

My new favorite coffee space in NWA - excellent coffee, pastries, staff & atmosphere. Comfortable seating, lighting and workspace also with outdoor seating. Take a bag of beans with you for home brewing!
