Confident has got to be my favorite coffee shop in nwa. Baristas are always kind, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the coffee is spectacular!

I met a friend here this morning and it was my first visit. I love espresso, my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised at how excellent everything was. Service was friendly, quick, and they took the time to bring my espresso and Americano to my table. I don't mind tipping at the counter when I place my order but it is always disappointing when, after I tip, I'm called back to the counter to pickup my order. Outstanding service at Confident Coffee Roasters Rogers AR this morning. The espresso was served in a porcelain demitasse and the extraction/taste was excellent. I would absolutely return here for a future visit. Glad I took a chance in meeting my friend here.

Super cute coffee shop with excellent service. I ordered a mocha mint latte and realized too late that I hadn’t specified I needed nondairy milk. It was entirely my fault for not letting them know — but the barista didn’t hesitate to make a new latte for me with oat milk. They really didn’t have to do that, but I so appreciated it.The mint mocha itself was perfect, not too sweet and just the right ratio of mint to chocolate flavor. I’ll be back!

It's nice but I give it 3 stars for location... if you don't live in walking distance it is super hard to get to it and find parking, especially with construction.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning with my brother. I would easily give the coffee and the service a five. Just a standard coffee but very tasty, The lovely young lady was very polite and helpful. She even bought over some home made puppy treats for my brother's dog. I also grabbed a great looking scone with a swirl on it. The scone was very tasty but also dry. Need to do a little better on the baked treats. Still, a great experience.

Coffee was good. It was pretty noisy, which made it hard to have a conversation at our table.
Stoped here on my way through town, the ladies working totally made my day. Ginger matcha late it’s creamy and delicious. Amazing lighting and ambiance, plus their kindness, I so wish I could bring them with me wherever I go.

First time visiting. Just wanted to try a new place to get some work done, and it was a great experience. The two young ladies working were kind and very good with customer service. They greeted their normal clients as they walked in. I will definitely be coming back to visit.

Great vibe, good coffee. It's not something you see everyday for Nitro to cost the same as iced cold brew, which is very nice. I love sitting inside; I was heading to Starbucks and then turned around when I thought about the style of this place. It's more relationship than transaction since it lacks of a drive thru. It would be nice to have a sign within eyesight of the register notating that 100% of tips go to baristas - it will cause people to subconsciously tip more. Only time will tell when pick-up and delivery are offered to those who live in the apartments, which would be major convenient for morning commutes and work-from-home. Haven't been in for the wine and charcuterie yet - will leave another review then.
