Food was good. We didn’t order what we went there for. Pictures/video of dungeon crab on their website but they don’t have. Mashed potatoes there but No baked.waiter was training another and both forgot about us. It was a Saturday night…. Maybe it would have been different during a week day

Just had the worst service I’ve ever experienced there and was so disappointed because that is not my usual experience but this felt like a fever dream it was so bad. we went for brunch and were treated with no drinks or server for 20 minutes. Ordered an Irish coffee and was served hot Jameson with coffee and no cream. Then ordered mimosas that took 20 minutes to get. Never got any refills. Ordered 3 chicken and waffles and the waffles were so cold. Couldnt even send the food back because our server was no where to be found. The Christmas decor in September was really cute too.

We had Crabby's recommended to us and it didn't disappoint! We had the calamari and alligator appetizers and then the tomahawk pork chop and blacken salmon Oscar and finished with the pumpkin cheesecake! Delicious and our server, Clayton was very attentive and made good recommendations! If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely pop back in again!

Tucked away in a part of Bentonville that doesn't get much attention, Crabby's is an upscale seafood joint with AMAZING food! I had risotto for the first time in my life and I have to say that it did not disappoint! It had crab, shrimp, scallops and mussels with a delicious buttery, gouda cheese risotto pasta 😋. My husband had the Cajun shrimp pasta and the andouilla sausage was just the right amount of spicy! Our server Dakota was fantastic! 5 stars for his service and demeanor. Highly recommend asking for him! He didn't hover, cracked jokes and wasn't overly hyper! Very good experience!

They are activity turning away vegetarian diners with the changes to their menu. And now closing at 9pm??? We've celebrated many many many events at Crabbys...but these changes will not sustain it.
Worst restaurant in Northwest Arkansas. Bunch of teens working there that do nothing but text on their phones instead of seating you. I'm amazed they even speak English. Food was bland and burnt.

Crab cakes were in the frier way too long and were inundated with oil—zero crab flavor. The southwest salad was bland even though the greens were smothered in dressing. Not good. Service was great and food came quickly.

We scheduled a family memorial celebration on August 10 in Crabbys’ banquet room. Everything about the experience was wonderful! We had family and friends from several states here for the graveside service and luncheon. They were all blown away by the excellent “Arkansas” hospitality. Macy made everything so easy to do, from scheduling the date, the right size for the room, the menu items, the excellent food and service, and even the audio visual needs. I heartily recommend Crabbys for every day dining, and now I can add their wonderful banquet room services! Thank you again Macy France!!

The food was excellent and service on point! I had a medium cooked filet, which came with whipped mashed potatoes. Ordered a side salad that had glazed pecans and berries. The filet was tender and full of flavor! Good place to take clients and meet friends!
