Worst restaurant in Northwest Arkansas. Bunch of teens working there that do nothing but text on their phones instead of seating you. I'm amazed they even speak English. Food was bland and burnt.

Crab cakes were in the frier way too long and were inundated with oil—zero crab flavor. The southwest salad was bland even though the greens were smothered in dressing. Not good. Service was great and food came quickly.

We scheduled a family memorial celebration on August 10 in Crabbys’ banquet room. Everything about the experience was wonderful! We had family and friends from several states here for the graveside service and luncheon. They were all blown away by the excellent “Arkansas” hospitality. Macy made everything so easy to do, from scheduling the date, the right size for the room, the menu items, the excellent food and service, and even the audio visual needs. I heartily recommend Crabbys for every day dining, and now I can add their wonderful banquet room services! Thank you again Macy France!!

The food was excellent and service on point! I had a medium cooked filet, which came with whipped mashed potatoes. Ordered a side salad that had glazed pecans and berries. The filet was tender and full of flavor! Good place to take clients and meet friends!

My food was lacking flavor and was cold or lukewarm. The crab legs seemed old/dried out. My husband got the shrimp and grits and his favorite part was the vegetables. We used to really like this place but the food has gone downhill and the menu hasn’t been updated.

We recently had dinner at Crabby's with a large party and were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The friendly hostesses promptly prepared a table for us, making the process of getting in with a big group seamless and stress-free.
For appetizers, we opted for the calamari and hummus. Both arrived quickly and were delightful—crispy calamari and creamy, flavorful hummus set a great tone for the meal.
Crabby's menu is rich with fish and seafood options. Our group sampled the seafood risotto, blackened salmon, tuna, and blackened grouper. Each dish was cooked to perfection and seasoned exquisitely, showcasing the kitchen's expertise in seafood preparation.
Overall, Crabby's delivered a fantastic dining experience with excellent service and delicious food. Highly recommended for seafood lovers!

Wheelchair accessibility: There are several handicap parking spots with ramp. The restaurant is on first level with no steps.
Arrived 5.30 pm. Service was harried, ordered drinks and house salad and entree. Drinks arrived in 5 min with salad and entree minutes later. Overwhelmed with dishes and food. No way was this cooked to order. See bass was a kaleidoscope of flavors, all competing, cook was obviously frivolous and hopeful. Not good, blackened chicken pasta was ordinary. Had to ask for bread which arrived after the entree and served with imitation butter. Tacky and unbecoming. Total bill with tip was $125, disappointing. Won't return. As they say in performance reviews, room for improvement.
