Love the unique flavors. Sometimes they are too sweet for me! I also always cut the big cookies into smaller pieces to make them shareable with others which is super convenient. The treats are always photogenic
First time visiting a Crumbl Cookie store. We wanted to see what all the hype was about, so we checked it out while out shopping. We went into this tiny shop and were not greeted in any way. There were two employees at the time. The one girl up front was on her phone. Another girl was in back baking and working. We asked if we had to order on the kiosk or if we could order there at the counter. She said we could, but continued to text or whatever on her phone. Never even looked up at us. So, the other employee, who was busy, had to stop what she was doing to come take our order. The cookies we ordered were good, but nothing special. The overall experience left us very underwhelmed, to say the least. Next time we are craving cookies, I will likely make them at home.

I love crumble cookies and I love that at every location you walk in and you're greeted with a smell of cookies and a warm hello welcome to crumble! But if this location that didn't happen not only was I not greeted, but the snooty teenager at the front didn't even make eye contact with me or seem to want to help me. The one with the thick lip liner (you know who it is) I didn't get a hey we'll be right with you nothing, nothing but attitude. I would think working at crumble would be a great experience this person did not past the vibe check. I really hope she's not in any management position because that is not how you show others how to be a manager. Be better ladies!!! ?
