The absolute rudest service I’ve ever received. we ordered 10 pizzas from the app. They called to let me know that it was gonna be longer than anticipated. I said that was fine then I got there and she chewed me out for not giving her a heads up in advance that we be ordering that many pizzas

Pizza is ok. The crazy part to me is that they charge for parmesan and pepper flakes. Sorry, but I can’t leave a good review when you nickel and dime things like that.

We ordered pizza from these people they refused refund stating could not refund order due to they didnt allow it on online orders , we paid $57.00, the pictures show the quality of my order

15bucks for a small pizza and charge me for parm or crushed red pepper. Corporations absolutely are the scum of America. Never spend another dime with dominoes again.

Just had the worst experience with the General Manager. Not realizing I made a mistake on my order, I attempted to reorder my pizza (assuming it would be at no charge). I politely called the store to explain the error, at which time the GM decided it would be good customer service to inform me that I definitely ordered the pizza wrong and the store didn't make the mistake. I attempted to explain I hadn't even looked at the order yet to confirm I had made the mistake and tried to apologize if I had ordered the pizza wrong. She then scoffed at me and said I wouldn't even let her talk. I guess maybe in my explanation attempt I was rambling. I wasn't upset or anything until she made me feel like an idiot. Her response when I asked if she just laughed at me and scoffed was, "you can either pay for your replacement pizza or I can cancel your order." I am confident this is not how the franchise or the franchisee intends for their customers to be treated. An honest mistake by a loyal former customer, horribly mismanaged. Good customer service is just so hard to find these days.
