Well first off I tried to order online and for some reason it wouldn’t go through, so I called! The guy who answered the phone seemed put out by the fact I even called to order a pizza! 🙁 I went in to pick up our order(should have checked it before I left) but I didn’t 🤷♀️ got home to find 2 burnt pizzas, with hardly any sauce and definitely no extra cheese like I ordered ! Disappointed to say the least!

Every time I get dominos their pizzas are dry. They never put enough marinara sauce on. Not to mention my pizza was also burnt. Mac n cheese was dry and hardened to the aluminum container they use. I don’t know why but I always have a bad experience every time I order from any dominos store

Get the notification that my pizza is ready to pick up. I get here and then they tell me I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes longer because they have to remake it. No sorry, no discount, nothing…. Don’t tell me it’s ready to pick up if it’s not then…
The last two orders have been wrong. Pizza is dry and overcooked. Breadsticks are swimming in butter. The store on Hudson was consistently better.

Food inconsistent. First $6.99 had very little sauce, cheese or toppings! Yesterday I got a pasta dish with a portion small enough for a Chihuahua! Other times the pizza, pasta & portions are excellent. Understanding employees. Must be training new food makers that are failing at times.

Yes, this location had a few problems when it first opened. The food quality has been consistently good, Service has improved (at their worst this Domino's was much MUCH better than a local Papa John's I have reviewed). All thing's considered I am very happy with this Domino's
