I have went to get my usual and to give a nice genuine tip to the workers and Manager seems to have kept the money highly disappointed I come here often just for the coffee. I loved their bagels too and in that case, if I would’ve known that, he kept the money I would’ve never given a tip. Some cashiers have a really nasty, rude attitude!

I have always loved Einstein, reliable quality no matter where you are. But today was the icing on the cake. The shift manager, I believe his name was Armando, made a special start to my birthday morning. Staff was courteous and food great as always, but he made the day.
