The brisket on a cheesy hash brown bagel is my go to. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Only wish there was an option on DoorDash to add extra mayo, otherwise this is a once a week trip for us😋

I love going to Einstein Bagels. The food and service are always good. My only problem is that I moved, and there is no store near me now. I go most times I’m up in Rogers or Fayetteville, but that is an hour+ away from me, and it’s hard to justify driving that far just to visit a restaurant, so I only get to go when I’m up there for something else, too. Please, please, please open a store in Fort Smith Arkansas! I promise to go at least once a week, and spread the word around town that you’re the best! 😉

I walked in on a Tuesday Early afternoon, 10:50ish and there were 3 employees doing their jobs, I said good morning and they replied. Very personable. I looked at the bagel's, there were 6 of the ugliest bagel's I asked if they had anymore, nope that's it was the reply. COME ON NOW, YOU SELL FLIPPING BAGEL'S! I understand food cost and everything to run a profitable business, BUT CUT BACK ON LABOR AND MAKE MORE FLIPPING BAGEL'S!!!! Im from New York and love bagels. I guess I'll be going to find another bagel restaurant. Good luck guys 😁

I just went there and ordered two brisket sandwiches. When I went through the drive through the lady was a little rude but I was willing to look past that because everybody has bad days. When I got to the window she was still snippy. Instead of our brisket sandwiches. We received a bagel with cream cheese and an avocado and egg sandwich. Very different. Normally Einstein bros is really good but I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

Ordered 2 bagels, one with egg and the other with cream cheese on the side. Egg and cheese bagel was great, cut in half while the other sandwich was warmed not cut or sliced with no knife or utensils provided. We go there for lunch several times per month and have noticed a decline in accuracy of orders.
Nothing like spending $25 on 3 begals and being serve room temperature sandwiches that have clearly been sitting around all morning. Cheese so un-melted it literally just broke into pieces. Luckily for them I was in a rush and didn't have time to turn around.. unacceptable

If you don't get deterred by the construction going on EVERYWHERE, this Einstein's customer service (or lack thereof) will completely turn you away. Whoever is at the drive through needs to work on their customer service the most. So, unless you want to maneuver through the traffic and be ignored at the drive thru for 'okay' food, do not choose this place.
