Worst customer service.. never had a bad experience with customer service until now. I patiently waited for my turn to be checked out & there was a person in front of us waiting to cash out. They kept prioritizing the people ordering and didn't have a set person to check out the people waiting to check out. As we patiently waited about 10 mins to check out, it was finally our turn and they let someone else cut in front of me to check them out. I mentioned I'm just looking to check out these few items and she said she was going to help the people who didn't wait in line first. After she finally checked us out, she asked if we wanted a bag and we said yes please still with good manners and she just left the bag there for us to bag our own items and didn't even say have a good day and just walked away.The worst customer service.I have never had a bad experience with customer service at this location until now. We just left after waiting 45 minutes to get our meal. It was ice cold and not what we ordered. The French fries were soggy the tater tots were burned but cold. The burgers did not have cheese or slaw on them as ordered… equally cold. It was marginally busy not all tables were full. There was plenty of wait staff so the problem was in the kitchen. If you want to have a conversation here the place is LOUD. For a first visit it was an epic fail. No second chances for this place unfortunately

Went for Brunch at Parkside in Downtown Rogers.The Food was alright, except I had to ask for fresh onion rings from my Trio Appetizer the one I received where burnt. I didn't realize the only good thing on this platter was the Speared pickles ,at the end I STILL Got charged for the burnt plate

Such a horrible place to eat at. The food is so over priced , dry, and seasoned way too much. I took my family here to try something different , and we hardly ate anything. My kids got corn dogs and fry’s and couldn’t even eat them they were so seasoned after we had already asked for the fry’s to be lightly seasoned. I was not pleased with the customer service. My husband was trying to enjoy his loaded fry’s and choked until he was red and could barely breathe because they were so dry. We will not be back nor will we recommend this burger joint to anyone else. - Outrageously high. - small servings. - poor customer service. - Dry foods. Very unsatisfied.

Used to be a 9, now a 4. You would get a nice basket of fries or onions rings if you ordered as a side. My husband got 8 onion rings on plate with sandwich. All sandwiches used to come with side of chips. Only get a higher priced sandwich now!! Food is so so. Won’t be going back. I live in Rogers and have been going there for 10 years.

Service nor food was great. Burger buns were dry and falling apart, and the burger wasn't great. The loaded fries were ok. Nothing impressive at all to note. Can't find a reason to go back.

The burger was terrible. The hamburger patty was a third of the size of the bun and overcooked. It took 45 min to get our food. Terrible meal and very slow service The gentleman sitting next to us never received his check and he finally got up and left cash without waiting on change. He waited at least 30 min for a check.

burgers have shrunk in size. maybe instead of hamburger buns they could cut a peanut in half and still not cover the patti. should be home of the 1/4 oz burger. and what happened to the chips with the burger? same high price and no chips. frequented this establishment several times but no longer worth the wait due to poor staffing and value for dollar. and the staff are kinda rude too.

My first time I went there I got an elote on the stick and it was amazing. I came back a second time where the lady said they didn't have any and they only came in the cup. Gaslit me hard that they only had the cup, I seriously questioned if I actually went to that store. But I did, and it sucked, my family told me when I came back it was the right store and we definitely went there. So beware that the lady at the front will not try to sell the elote on the stick and the other ladies won't correct her or do anything.

Some of BEST Chicken Wings that I've ever eaten and that's NO LIE....and Kris our waitress was MARVELOUS!!! I will DEFINITELY be returning to this establishment!

The Marvin is their meatloaf sandwich that was better than a burger! The fries with gravy & Jack cheese were fabulous!! My daughter got a delicious salad & truffle fries. You get so much food!!! I guarantee you’ll need a take home box. ALSO, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!! Thank you Parkside Public ??????????Thank you Seth!!!!

Both my and my son’s burgers were overcooked and extremely dry and tasteless and were not warm even. I got the mushroom swiss burger with parmesan truffle fries and he got the bbq bacon burger with onion rings. The onion rings were nasty-didn’t even taste like onion at all-the coating was chewy and greasy. The fries were probably the only somewhat tasty thing, but even those were disappointing-all stuck together in a big congealed mess of cheese that had gone cold before we even got them. Food delivery took almost 20 minutes and the waiter never asked if we needed anything else when he dropped off the food nor checked on us during the meal. Needless to say-extremely disappointing.
