Awesome hotel, great staff and incredible value. I’ve stayed here for several years and will continue doing so. Great location as well! Once again this Embassy Suites, as it had for over 10 years, continues to be the best! 11/22/2025! Always enjoy this place!
Unfortunately this site left me unfulfilled. This is based on cost to service and amenities. Had I paid less then I might not be so critical. It is like a Milan Fashion Show. From far away, everything looks amazing but look closer and you see the safety pins and crooked stitching. The lobby area is up to date but the rooms were a time travel to 1970's, and far smaller than what I would have expected from a spa suite. Luckily, the girls had a great time.
This hands-down is the nicest Embassy’s suites I’ve ever stayed in. The one in Oklahoma city is kinda trashy. Then we stayed at the one in Grapevine like 6 years ago and the manager was so rude and it had cock roaches! Anyway this was a paid for trip so I was disappointed at first!
