Sarah was my bartender and waitress, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. When other bartenders walked right past me with an empty cup, Sarah came back and made sure I had everything I needed at all times. Please make sure to keep her around!
Sarah was very kind when I arrived early to dinner. She welcomed me and made me comfortable until the bar opened. Dinner was delicious and Sarah was literally the only person that spoke to me and gave me great customer service.
I was disappointed, especially for an Embassy Suites/Hilton property. Great location though! Our room was very dated and dark. It was giving 90s Branson hotel smoking room. We went to the complimentary breakfast before checking out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of food and drink options. When we sat down to eat we saw two cockroaches crawling on the chairs at our table. We didn't finish eating, told the staff, and left.
