We went to Jersey Mikes for the first time....this morning... The Philly cheese steak sandwich was the best I've EVER had in my whole life! The bread was warm and delicious...I wish we could afford to go there again soon. Yum!!!!!

The bartender that works Saturday nights is extremely rude. The when I went to tab out she said my card wasn’t up there and I ended up having to go back the next day to get my card.

Usually have a great experience with every bartender. All the bartenders are respectful. Other than this one older woman she has red hair. We didn’t tip her one time on the card because I tipped cash instead and she harassed us about it and now, every time we go in there, she harasses us when we come in and she gets aggressive and rude. She’s usually drunk so expect her to over serve. My cherries are practically fermented by the time I finish my drink.. also, the tipping incident she tried to keep my boyfriend’s cash change as her tip, when I had already tipped.

Like walking into a ashtray smells pretty bad. People having a great times, myself though had to leave .
This only goes to the karaoke Lady!!Everything else was fine. The lady running the karaoke was totally rude. Talking on the phone. The entire time being distracting. Yelling WHAT?! What?! Into her phone. All while I was trying to sing. She just sat behind the desk, desk smoking cigarettes, and talking on the phone. Didn’t even get out on stage. No personality whatsoever. I was really disappointed. Plus, she didn’t know how to adjust her levels. Music was distorted. I would’ve been fine except for the karaoke lady being so rude. You’re there to do a job, not talk on the phone. At least act like you want to be there. I had one drink and I left.

This place is awesome!! People there are so friendly. Waitress Rosie is the cutest sweetest person, she remembered what I drank last time I went in.. They have kareoke, dance floor an just good people an lots of fun.. Come in an have some fun!!
