I never eat inside because it’s so chaotic in there with the workers in the past..I DO use delivery and have several times and I have YET to get my complete order and have never gotten a refund on those items..between delivery and establishment they pass the blame everytime…I will NOT give them another opportunity…lost my business for sure

We ordered ahead, waited 20 mins, got there to pick it up, a guy in front ordered a gf meal, which we had also. Waited another 15 mins and they came out and said they didn’t have any more gf bread. So the guy that came in got his food but we didn’t even though we pre ordered. Won’t eat here again. Wasted 30 minutes and had to cancel and get refund in the app.

I went to the location in Rogers Ar at the promenade. Clean, amazing and patient service, food was perfect

We waited for 20 minutes. Several orders went out that were ordered after ours. So I asked how much longer. Well, they lost the order. No biggie. Make it and get it out. I wish it were that easy. The guy in the bright red polo, Brandon, rolled his eyes at me and my fiance. Then another guy suggested turning music down so that customers could hear name called. He then rolled his eyes and tossed a tray. Said these folks are testing me today. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Whole place seemed lost and unorganized. No need to pop an attitude. I paid $30 for 2 sandwich meals. Act like you care.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. So many people working behind the counter that were just talking and visiting instead of actually making the six- both for here and delivery- orders they were lined up to be made. Forgot what I had ordered completely- asked to check my receipt- had somehow lost my receipt. Then left part of my order out when they tried to serve it to me. I had to go back to the counter and ask for the rest of my order. So glad I had double checked before I left. The staff was not very helpful Or attentive to what was going on around them in the restaurant. Would not recommend this location whatsoever.
