First time going to firehouse subs and it was so good.

Went thought the drive though. Young lady with black hair took my order, seemed nice enough but my 1 medium sandwich and 1 kids sandwich took 20 minutes to make when I was the only customer there. I asked if she could add on some chips and a drink when she gave me my food and was very annoyed and bothered that I asked so I just told her never mind and she slammed the window shut.

First time at a firehouse! The staff was very helpful and friendly! Walked us thru the menu! Pricing a bit higher than anticipated. Sandwiches with good, but I feel value and flavor for price may be a bit off on ratio... They had a couple sauces on thiwr sauce bar that were very good!

I ordered at night for pick up but the website said I had to pick up my food the next day, that was not true. Day staff asked for proof of payment of course I showed them and they re made my sandwich. Night shift changed the settings and put no pickups or deliver

I frequent this location quite a bit but there was some recent new additions to the team in the last few months that I wanted to highlight that took your customer service level from fine to extraordinary.

I believe her name is Mariah, and from the second she has met me she always says hi, uses my name, and has a wonderful smile on her face.

She even made a comment when I changed up my order on her recently from getting a small sub to a medium which made me laugh but also feel very special. She may very well be the best person I’ve met in the foos and customer service industry.

The food is always good, but Mariah is truly what makes this location stand out from really any restaurant I could choose to eat.

Keep her, give her a raise, or just simply recognize her for me for the outstanding service she provides.

Our call in order was ready when we got there, as expected. However, Brian gave us all kinds of excuses why it wasn't ready. Totally new staff, graduation, 1000 orders. From the drive up window we saw him ditzing around, we also saw what turned out to be our order sitting on the shelf waiting for him to 'discover' it after we sat at the window for 11 minutes. When we asked for the drink we had ordered he argued with us. My husband is a vet, he gets a free drink. Our service here is usually really good. We understand a bad night, we don't understand incompetence.

We had not been here in quite a while. We ordered our food and were somewhat disappointed. Our sandwiches were soggy and just fell apart. While the flavor was good, it was almost impossible to eat without a knife and fork. Again, we gad not been here in quite a while. We have no idea as to what has changed.

I love firehouse subs, they taste great. Mainly I go inside the store but I do online orders also. Thanks for subs firehouse I'm a customer forever.

Yesterday I tried firehouse french dip sandwich, omg it was the best I've ever had! There was so much meat piled high, yesterday was my first time eating there but it won't be my last excellent sandwich!

Waited 30min for 3 subs and was rude to when I asked for an update. Only for the food to be cold & not made right…idk why I keep giving this place a chance.
