Firehouse Subs Promenade Point

We hasn't been to Firehouse in several years and stopped by today on a whim. It was so good! Great service too.

Yesterday I tried firehouse french dip sandwich, omg it was the best I've ever had! There was so much meat piled high, yesterday was my first time eating there but it won't be my last excellent sandwich!

Waited 30min for 3 subs and was rude to when I asked for an update. Only for the food to be cold & not made right…idk why I keep giving this place a chance.

Food was great. Service and staff sucks. Didn’t receive what I ordered and when I asked for the correct thing they told me there’s not much they could do about it other than charge me for the correct thing.

I went in super excited for my meal, but the lady at the register couldn’t comprehend our order and the cook couldn’t either. I wanted a very simple sandwich with added pickles and a size large but I got a small sandwich with cucumbers. We asked if we could get it remade in a size large but the cashier only gave me the option to just order another sandwich. Very disappointed.

Not a single person in store… totally empty! drove thru window and wouldn’t take an order at window. Only person there and they lost a customer! Wonder if they know no customers mean no job!

Tried to let them know and show them I had found a hair in the bread of my sister's sandwich and the kid told me that it looked like my hair I did to explain it was in the bread and not even my sandwich also it looked like facial hair they told me we don't even make our own bread .....so whatever
