Horrible service. They cancel Uber orders left and right after waiting forever. Chain needs to look into local ownership, not a good look for the brand.

Staff was nice, food was quick to come out. But the entire restaurant was dirty, every table. Then the women’s restroom looked like a prank- no door handle? Gap next to the knob big enough to see through? Peeling toilet seat straight from a horror film? Surely someone has an hour to pick up and install a new knob and toilet seat. Maybe the nice guys behind the counter can wipe things down in the dining room. lmk, we’ll be back!

Called in a order at 12:30, arrived at store at 12:45 and paid for my order, watched several people order and received their food before me, asked where my order was and they hadn't even begun making it, I called the order in because I only receive 30 minutes for my lunch break, needless to say no lunch for me or my coworker and had to use personal time off because we were back late and the manager didn't seem concerned about it and didn't even offer any compensation. Not a free drink or nothing!!!! I absolutely love your sandwiches but this was one of the worst experiences I've had at any restaurant

We came in around lunch time, place was dead. The gentlemen behind the counter were very pleasant and accomodating to my young son who wanted to order his own food and my wifes dietary restrictions. The food was really great but I didnt see the value for the price. The soda machine was out of half the options and needed thourough cleaning. The entirety of the dinning room was dirty including the table tops, napkin dispensers were out. As slow as it was I feel the young men behind the counter had plenty of time to be cleaning. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean.

When I am paying $17 for a sandwich and chips I expected to be at least half decent. Sandwich was very skimpy and not even close to be worth $17. And the Three Stooges in there running the place seem to be having more fun than working. Most likely won’t be back!

Ordered online and went to pick up at scheduled time, no food, then we were told they didn't have it. Came back the next night to pick up order at scheduled time, waited 28 minutes for orde because it wasn't ready on time. During our wait another customer came in looking for his online order and they didn't have that one either. Poor management and incredibly slow staff that doesn't care about customers. I won't be back

The service really depends on the staff that is working. But tonight the 3 younger guys that were working were too busy chatting to get an order right. All 3 sandwiches were wrong. The no deli mustard is no big deal, but if you are out you should say something. And the sandwich that was supposed to have no tomatoes had tomatoes. At least it's a preference and not an allergy. One if the employees I have seen a few times and every time he has this "I don't want to work and customers are an inconvenience" attitude. I don't usually leave reviews but it's irritating when you order ahead and arrive 10 minutes after pickup time and still have to wait another 10 because it's not ready. It was not busy so it should not have taken so long.

Man, Ive been to a lot of firehouse subs in NWA.....since moving here in 2021 and this PARTICULAR Location is my FAVORITE...not only because of the Sandwichs....but the Employees and service....I've seen a line out to the Door ...Full Capacity...and These guys are FREEKN SOLDIERS....I personally enjoy coming in during slow Times Because the Conversations with workers always bless me Tremendously ...I leave here always feeling BETTER THAN I CAME....10 ✨ RATING...THANKS GUYS
