Gusanos Pizzeria

Where to start. On Sept 12th, my family and I were in the area for a live performance. We selected this location because we are familiar with the brand and have enjoyed it in the past.
The time it took for the waitress to inquire about of drinks was somewhat lengthy, especially since there were 4 waitresses and only two other people in the place.
When we ordered our selections, 1 large carnivore craze and a half and half big cheese/Hawaiian, my wife asked for light sauce on them.
When the pizza arrived the toppings were swimming in sauce, however due to time constraints we opted to eat what was delivered. Thankfully they provided knives along with forks because the knives were required to get through the 'crust'. Either the cook was unfamiliar with pizza dough or the dough had not been allowed time to rise. After chewing on the first piece which had to be cut off the first slice I had, I simply began eating the 'soup' and bits of meat off the base.
Honestly, This was the worse pizza I have ever had from Gusanos. My wife and daughter said they didn't go light on the sauce for her pizza either and the 'crust' was as horrible as my son's and mine.
Bad day for the 'chef' or bad selection by management, I don't know, but we do not intend to enter that business again. I apologize to the Ft. Smith Location for having to contend with people that may avoid their restaurant due to maybe having first been to this Rodgers location.

It was a great place for our club to meet upstairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good.

I'd give it a 5 but the ham and cheese sandwich was overcooked and not "piled high" as advertised. Pizza was great and the wings were as expected.

My server Kaylee was terrible at her job the whole time we where there she only checked up on us three times to get our drinks ,take our order and check us out when she brought our pizza she asked if we wanted any dipping sauce we said yes we wanted ranch well we didn’t get our ranch and didn’t check up on us for refills but we watched her go to the other surrounding tables more than 5 times never going back!!!

Pizza is awful. I spent $70 on pizza that smells and taste like frozen pizza. The pizza I received looked like a toddler made them and the wings had next to no sauce on them. I also received 1 ranch for my wings which is whatever I guess I just expected more for the amount of money I paid. It’s a joke that this place is so popular around this area. My pizzas are such a disappointment even with alcohol involved. I will never come here again. Y’all need y’all’s tastebuds ajusted!

$60 for two 16" pizzas? Ouch. Chicago and New York joints don't even charge that much for 18" pies. NWA really lacks when it comes to decent pizza, but this place is pretty good, if you can stomach the price.

After initial seating… didn’t hear from the waitress for like 30 mins. Had to take my cups up to get refilled as we waited about 35-40 mins for our food. Waitress never came back after that. Come onnnnn. Pizza was not even good. Nobody in the party liked it. Crust was terrible. Kids wouldn’t touch it

Jordan was our server and let me tell you- she is AWESOME! She help me navigate the menu, figure what drink was the best to order and was very patient with my children and got them chocolate milk :) we are very pleased with food and service at this location

hey id love to write an in depth review, but they closed an hour early on us, actually requested that we order immediately or leave, because she wasn't going to stay the full time. prospects for returning for the great food aren't high and I reccomend anyone who eats here to not come for the service.

The chicken alfredo was disappointing and sauce from a can. The pizzas looked amazing! Our waitress was nice but she did not bring waters and extra Alfredo sauce until we were done with meal....what I could eat. Blah.
