What a beautiful amazing find in the heart of Rogers. The food was spectacular and the service was great. We did the wine pairing and they give you so much. It was a perfect date night. Every single dish was played to perfection and it tasted so good.
We were staying nearby and ate here for breakfast, lots of very tasty options and cater well for vegetarians. Excellent service.
A one of a kind culinary experience. Each course was creative, gorgeous and most importantly DELICIOUS! The atmosphere, vibe and service is second to none. We put our 4 tops name on the wait list a few days before and miraculously were contacted when another party canceled. The wait list WORKS!
Bonus: Pinky Swear the Hi-Fi Record Bar and solarium is worth its own trip, but a MUST if eating at Heirloom 1907.
Food was amazing. Highly recommend.

We finally got to try Heirloom at 1907 after waiting ages for a reservation, and it was totally worth it. This tiny restaurant (only 20 seats!) is a real gem. The 8-course tasting menu was incredible - every dish was expertly made with super fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
What really stood out was the attention to detail. The chef salts each component at every step, which brings out the flavors in a big way. The pork loin and their take on chips and dip were highlights for me.
This isn't your average restaurant experience - it's more like a culinary adventure. The staff is top-notch, and the chef comes out to explain each dish, which is a nice touch.
The open kitchen is also really cool - you get to see the chef in action. Overall, Heirloom at 1907 is a must-try for foodies. We felt lucky to have experienced it, and I'm sure you will too.

This place was so amazing! I came from Indiana to visit and thought this would be fun to do... boy was I right!! The staff was so friendly and was very clear on the instructions. Definitely would recommend!
I tried for over a year to get reservations. This time I wasn't able to secure them when they were released, but I got put on the waitlist for every possible evening and one day I got the email that a spot had opened. I jumped on it and confirmed a reservation. I was SO EXCITED!
Heirloom at the 1907 did not disappoint. Everything was PERFECT! The chef is a GENIUS! He would come over with a beautiful dish and describe it in detail. Hopefully, my face did not convey my skepticism when he would say what he had created. Often, it sounded like things that would not work together... BUT it was always a perfect mixture and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!
We will definitely be back... When I am lucky enough to get a reservation!

It took us a year and a half to get our reservations and it was sooooo WORTH it!!! What a fantastic experience!! The food is phenomenal. We sooo enjoyed every course and every surprise! It was literally wonderful bites of heaven....I wanted to repeat the whole thing. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. We were celebrating my daughter's graduation from UA with her Masters and it was the perfect place and the absolute perfect meal to do it. I don't know why this place doesn't have 3 Michelin stars....it is well-deserved. Just YUMMMMMY and amazing and FUN. Wine pairing was divine. Loved hearing all about the wines and they were stupendously paired. Creativity is off the charts...food was just fresh, bright and lovely. Wish I could eat there way more often. Chef Jason and Danielle, thank you for a once in a lifetime experience. Your team and Heirloom at The 1907 is absolutely delightful!

My best meal of 2023Kudos to Chef Jason Paul, Danielle, and their staff for elevating the dining experience in NWA. I was fortunate to score two reservations to Heirloom at the 1902 this year and both were extraordinary meals. My wife and I loved every course we were served during each visit. The prix fixe menu regularly rotates, so you’ll always be surprised.Having had the opportunity to dine at all the “James Beard” recognized restaurants in Northwest Arkansas, Heirloom at the 1907’s food, atmosphere , and service by far exceeds those (all great) establishments. We’re lucky to have it in our community.Good luck getting a reservation!

Been trying to get reservations on the 15th of every month at 11 am for months. Maybe one day I’ll get lucky and be able to dine here.

It continues to be an incredible place.Staff and food are beyond incredible.Have been here several times and never disappoints.Welcoming and casual yet classy atmosphere makes this place feel warm and welcoming.Food rivals any 5 star restaurant in a big city.Definitely worth the hype.
Reviewing Pinky Swear only since there is no other option.Drinks were not good. Tried 2 and didn't like either. Would have tried 2 more just to give them a fair shake, but in 90 minutes we were there we were only asked if we wanted a drink while we were waiting to be seated.Staff were nice, but aloof. Someone took an empty drink but didn't ask if I wanted another and when I asked where the bathroom was they said "sure thing" and brought me the check instead. I guess the music was too loud? Fyi you just go down into the onyx to use the bathroom.Only saving grace was the food, which in fact was good. Gave some sense of hope that the restaurant was good, but I stopped bothering trying to get a reservation anyway.
